🇬🇧 HEI GreenPath – Final Project Meeting in Athens! 🌱🇪🇺
On 18 September 2026, the partners of the HEI GreenPath: Shaping HEI Environment for a Sustainable Tomorrow project met at the Agricultural University of Athens, Greece, for the final consortium meeting.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review our joint work on strengthening the integration of green skills and sustainability principles into higher education environments and study programmes.
During the meeting, we discussed, among others:
🌿 the overall implementation of the project and its main results,
🎓 the integration of green skills into study programmes and the outcomes of pilot activities,
📚 materials developed for students and HEI staff, including guidelines, brochures and self-assessment tools,
📊 the achievement of project indicators and evaluation results,
📣 dissemination activities and the visibility of project results,
♻️ the continued use and sustainability of the project results after the end of funding,
📝 the final reporting and administrative closure of the project.
The project brings together partners from five European countries:

🇨🇾 Frederick University – Cyprus

🇲🇹 MEDEA Higher Education Institution for Mediterranean, Europe and Africa– Malta
The Athens meeting was not only a summary of the work completed so far, but also an opportunity to agree on how the HEI GreenPath results will continue to be used and further developed by the partner institutions after the project ends.
