International success for a researcher representing our university! A publication by Prof. Aleksandra Gaweł has been recognized as one of the best works of 2025!

✅ The chapter titled "Female Entrepreneurship Facing Artificial Intelligence in the European Union Countries", published in the renowned series Developments in Corporate Governance and Responsibility by Emerald Publishing, has won the Outstanding Author Contribution award in the 2025 Emerald Literati Awards!
This award is granted by the series editors and the expert team at Emerald Publishing. It represents the highest recognition for: the insightfulness of the conducted research, immense commitment to the development of science, and the contribution to understanding the role of women in entrepreneurship in the age of artificial intelligence.

🥉 3rd place in the "Perspektywy 2025" ranking!
The Poznań University of Economics and Business consistently remains at the top of the most important rankings of economic universities in Poland!
Once again, we took 3rd place in the country in the ranking of the Educational Foundation “Perspectives”. This confirms that our efforts to offer the highest quality education and conduct reliable and innovative scientific research are bearing fruit.

📣 We will soon celebrate our 100th anniversary - this obliges us to maintain high standards!

📌 The evaluation of academic universities was carried out in 7 groups of criteria: prestige, graduates in the labor market, scientific potential, innovation, scientific efficiency, educational conditions and internationalization.
In the ranking announced on June 25, 2025, we performed best in the category of graduates in the labor market 🎓. We also achieved a high position among all academic universities and 2nd place among public economic universities.

In the ranking of majors, we maintain our positions on the podium with the majors of Finance and Accounting (2nd place, up from 4th place in 2024), Economics (3rd place, maintaining position) and Computer Science and Econometrics (3rd place, maintaining position).

💪 Our success is the result of the collective work of the entire academic community. We focus on continuous improvement, innovation, internationalization and close cooperation with business and universities around the world. We emphasize areas relevant to quality of life, economic resilience and the environment. We are constantly expanding development opportunities for faculty and students. 👉 The Poznań University of Economics and Business has become a member of the EURAXESS European network supporting young researchers and their families in overseas mobility and research career development as part of the European Sustainable Knowledge Society. This is another step strengthening the internationalization of PUEB as part of our university's development strategy.

👉 In Poland, the network is managed by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). The task of EURAXESS is to provide free practical information to both foreign researchers and their employers of any sector related to arrival, employment and life in our country.

👉 These activities are part of the EU's policy, involving the creation of a coherent European labor market for researchers and the promotion of research cooperation at an international level and common standards for researchers and institutions in Europe, thus realizing the goal of making Europe an attractive place for researchers. EURAXESS also aims to retain and attract talent in Europe and advance the careers of researchers in Europe by providing information on employment opportunities, mobility services, personalized assistance, rights and responsibilities of researchers and research organizations, and opportunities for personal career development.
