Dear Students,

You are warmly invited to the information meeting about the recruitment process for Erasmus+ study mobilities in the academic year 2026/2027, which will take place on 15 December 2025, at 9:00, in Building H, 4th floor.

The meeting is dedicated to all students interested in applying for a study exchange abroad. We will go through the entire recruitment process, required documents, funding rules, and important deadlines.

Moreover, students currently completing their exchange at our university will join us, giving you a unique opportunity to learn more about their home universities and countries directly from them. Due to the international nature of the event, the meeting will be held in English.

The next edition of Poland’s largest student art fair will take place! It will be an event that brings together young artists, the local community and all who appreciate original, handmade work.

We invite you to join the project “POKAZ” - a performative attempt to break through what is obvious.

It is a space where fashion meets emotion, and form meets authenticity.

We are not interested in the runway or the final effect, we are interested in the human being in process.

In what happens between fabric and body, between movement and emotion, between what is seen and what lingers in the air.

All forms of artistic expression are welcome - costume, sculpture, sound, light, movement, image, video, spatial design, installation.

It’s not perfection that matters, but sincerity.

The project will conclude in June 2026 with a collective performance.

✨ Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Dorothee Weinlich and Esther-Marie Kroeger from Hochschule Hannover / Experimentelle Gestaltung to the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan within the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program! 💫

During their visit, our guests led two inspiring workshops for UAP students:

📖 “What I Always Wanted to Say” – Creative Writing, Calligraphy & Book/Collage Making
🎨 “How to Be an Artist” – Artist’s Book & Experimental Printing Techniques

The sessions opened up space for reflection, experimentation, and creative exchange - bridging text, image, and material.

Our guests also had the chance to explore UAP’s vibrant spaces, from studios and worskhops to the newest Prototype Shop and a few of our secret corners 😉

On October 9, 2025, we gathered to celebrate the official inauguration of the 2025/2026 academic year – a moment of pride, reflection, and community.

🌹 During the ceremony, we had the great honor of awarding the title of Doctor Honoris Causa to , a pioneering figure in conceptual and feminist art.

Her Inaugural Lecture was a powerful call for artistic freedom and integrity.

🏅 Congratulations to all students who received the UAP Gold Distinction – your dedication and creativity inspire us all.
