ETAPY WYJAZDU NA STUDIA W RAMACH ERASMUS+ – ZŁOŻENIE DOKUMENTÓW WYJAZDOWYCH

Rozpoczęliśmy w Biurze Erasmus+ przyjmowanie dokumentów wyjazdowych od studentów zakwalifikowanych na mobilność długoterminową na studia w roku akademickim 2026/27. Pamiętaj, że złożenie pierwszych dwóch dokumentów jest niezbędne do otwarcia Online Learning Agreement, które może być już wymagane podczas aplikacji na Uczelni Partnerskiej.

📆Termin na złożenie dokumentów
Dokumenty aplikacyjne: 30 czerwca!
Pozostałe dokumenty: do miesiąca przed rozpoczęciem mobilności lecz nie później niż do 15.09 (semestr zimowy) / 15.12. (semestr letni).

In Erasmus+ Office we have started accepting documents from students qualified for long-term study mobility in academic year 2026/27. Please note that submitting first two application documents is a prerequisite for opening the Online Learning Agreement, which may already be required when applying to the Partner University.

Wysłałeś aplikację na Wydziale i zostałeś zakwalifikowany na wyjazd w ramach Erasmus+? Teraz, po przesłaniu nominacji przez koordynatora wydziałowego, do Ciebie należy kolejny krok – wzięcie udziału w aplikacji na wybranej przez siebie uczelni.
Co warto mieć na uwadze przygotowując się do aplikacji:
📆 Okres aplikacyjny Sprawdź okres aplikacyjny oraz pamiętaj o dopełnieniu wyznaczonych terminów.
📨 Kontakt ze strony Uczelni Przyjmującej Uczelnia Partnerska będzie się z Tobą próbowała skontaktować, ważne by nie przeoczyć tej wiadomości! Monitoruj skrzynkę pocztową w tym SPAM.
📑 Dokumenty aplikacyjne Zapoznaj się dokładnie z wymaganiami uczelni na którą wyjeżdżasz. Certyfikat językowy, list motywacyjny lub wykaz ocen z toku studiów to dokumenty, o które możesz zostać poproszony.
Pamiętaj, że przygotowania do wyjazdu to nie sprint. Równomiernie rozłóż siły i nie zostawiaj formalności na ostatnią chwilę.

Have you submitted your application to the Faculty and been selected for the Erasmus+ studies exchange? Now that the coordinator has sent your nomination, the next step is yours – applying to the university of your choice.
Things to keep in mind when preparing your application:
📆 Application period Check the application period and remember to meet the deadlines.
📨 Contact from the Host University The Partner University will try to contact you; it is important not to miss this message! Regularly check your inbox, including SPAM folder.
📑 Application documents Familiarise yourself closely with the requirements of the university you are going to. A language certificate, a cover letter or a transcript of your academic records are documents you may be asked to provide.

✨Welcome Meeting✨

W ostatnią niedzielę odbyło się spotkanie dla studentów rozpoczynających na Politechnice Warszawskiej w semestrze letnim wymianę w ramach programu Erasmus+ i umów bilateralnych. W spotkaniu poprowadzonym przez nasze biuro wzięli udział studenci z uczelni partnerskich zlokalizowanych w 25 różnych krajach.
W trakcie spotkania omówione zostały techniczne aspekty pobytu studentów na PW. Dodatkowo, dzięki pomocy Welcome Point oraz reprezentantów ESN PW słuchacze otrzymali szereg ciekawych i pomocnych informacji na temat życia studenckiego oraz kulturowej oferty naszego kraju.
Wszystkim studentom rozpoczynającym wymianę na PW, życzymy udanego semestru!

Last Sunday, took place a Welcome Meeting for students who, in summer semester, start at WUT their exchange under the Erasmus+ programme or bilateral agreements. The meeting, hosted by our office, was attended by students from partner universities located in 25 different countries.
During the meeting, we discussed the practical aspects of the students' stay at our University. Additionally, thanks to the help of Welcome Point and representatives from ESN PW, incoming students received a lot of valuable information about student life and cultural offer of our country.
We wish all students beginning their exchange at WUT, a fruitful semester!

Welcome Meeting

W tym tygodniu odbyło się spotkanie dla studentów rozpoczynających w semestrze zimowym na Politechnice Warszawskiej wymianę w ramach programu Erasmus+ i umów bilateralnych. W spotkaniu poprowadzonym przez nasze biuro wzięli udział studenci z ponad 20 krajów.

W trakcie spotkania omówione zostały techniczne aspekty pobytu studentów na PW. Dodatkowo, dzięki pomocy Welcome Point, reprezentantów z ESN PW oraz Studium Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu słuchacze otrzymali szereg ciekawych i pomocnych informacji na temat życia studenckiego oraz dowiedzieli się o kulturowej ofercie naszego kraju.

This week, took place a Welcome Meeting for students who, in winter semester, start their exchange at WUT as part of the Erasmus+ programee and bilateral agreements. The meeting, hosted by our office, was attended by students from over 20 countries.

During the meeting, we discussed the practical aspects of the students' stay at our university. Additionally, thanks to the help of Welcome Point, representatives from the ESN PW and the Centre for Physical Education and Sports, the students received a lot of valuable and helpful information about student life and learned about the cultural offer of our country.
