Staff Mobility at Kozminski University! 🎊

This May, we had the pleasure of hosting Aet T***s, Lecturer of Accounting, and Dr. Marko Rillo, Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Innovation and Head of the MBA Programme from Estonian Business School, as part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility programme 🇪🇪

During the visit, they took part in a range of activities, including: 📌 meetings with the Accounting Department 📌 discussions on international cooperation and future initiatives 📌 participation in EU Week lectures and seminars 📌 inspiring exchanges with KU staff and students

Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching at Kozminski University 🇫🇷🤝🇵🇱

We were pleased to host Alexandra Burlaud, Associate Professor from our partner Paris Dauphine–PSL University, during her Erasmus+ teaching visit (4–8 May 2026).
Professor Burlaud delivered the course “Strategic Management for Growth” to our 1st year Master in Management students, sharing valuable insights and expertise.
 During her stay, she also met with Prof. Piotr Wójcik(Department of Strategy) and Prof. Tomasz Olejniczak(Director of the Doctoral School), as well as the International Relations Office team to explore further opportunities for collaboration.

We value our partnership and look forward to future joint initiatives! 🙌🏻✈️🗺️

International cooperation in action at Kozminski University! 🗺️

On 23 April 2026, we were delighted to welcome Professor Sabina Keston-Siebert and Ms Maria Sanches Jimenez from the University of Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The visit included meetings with Tomasz Olejniczak, Director of the Doctoral School, Radosław Milczarski, PhD student, and the International Relations Office team, focused on strengthening cooperation and discussing research initiatives, including the the Dekaban-Liddle Fellowship programme.

We look forward to developing our collaboration further and hope to welcome the UK back to the Erasmus+ programme soon ✈️

From Chile and Finland to Poland and Kozminski! 🇨🇱 🇫🇮 🇵🇱

We were delighted to welcome two visiting academics:

✨ Dr. Risqo Wahid – School of Business and Economics, University of Jyväskylä, Finland

During their visit, our guests met with Kozminski University faculty, explored the campus, and joined project meetings focused on research collaboration and future academic initiatives 🚀

Our students recently took part in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme: “Leadership: Leading with Future Skills” at Heilbronn University 🌍✨

At our university, students’ voices always come first - here’s what our student Luisana shared:

“I’m honestly so grateful for this experience. Heilbronn surprised me - a charming city that’s also becoming a hub for innovation and AI. It truly feels like a place where the future is being built.

What made it special? Working in an international environment with people from different cultures and perspectives. (And yes… Germans are VERY punctual ⏰😂). Visiting IPAI was a highlight - a real glimpse into an AI-driven future. We focused on future skills, leadership, AI collaboration, and adaptability — but most importantly, it was about people and connections I’ll carry with me.

Thank you Erasmus+, Heilbronn, and everyone I met along the way 🤍”

It’s official! The European Commission has confirmed that the UK is returning to Erasmus+ in 2027 European 🇪🇺 🤝 🇬🇧

This means new opportunities for students and staff to study, train, and receive grants once again! 🎓🌍
