🇵🇱 EVE CURiE na AAAC 2026 w Hongkongu! 🇭🇰🛰️
W dniach 21–23 sierpnia 2026 r. ośmioosobowy zespół projektu EVE CURiE z Sekcji Badawczej SKA wziął udział w The 4th Asian Aerospace and Astronautics Conference (AAAC 2026) na City University of Hong Kong w Chinach.
Nasze prace zaprezentowali Marek Pąśko, Dorota Kazibudzka i Marcel Szubartowski. Przedstawiliśmy badania dotyczące konstrukcji gondoli stratosferycznych, pomiarów hybrydowych paneli fotowoltaicznych w warunkach bliskich przestrzeni kosmicznej oraz konwersji energii w panelach fotowoltaicznych pokrytych scyntylatorem:
📄 Plywood based main-frame for stratospheric gondola – EVE CURiE experiment
📄 Instrumentation and Measurement Strategy for Near-Space Evaluation of Hybrid PV Panels
📄 Radiation-Assisted Energy Conversion in Scintillator-Covered Photovoltaic Panels
Wracamy też z nagrodą! 🏆 Nasz artykuł „Radiation-Assisted Energy Conversion in Scintillator-Covered Photovoltaic Panels”, prezentowany przez Dorotę, został uznany za najlepszy w sesji „Modular Satellite System Design, On-Orbit Performance Assessment, and Reliability Analysis” (Onsite Oral Session). Gratulacje dla wszystkich współautorów! 👏
Projekt został dofinansowany ze środków Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego przyznanych Politechnice Warszawskiej w ramach programu „Wsparcie studentów w zakresie podniesienia ich kompetencji i umiejętności”.
🇬🇧 EVE CURiE at AAAC 2026 in Hong Kong! 🇭🇰🛰️
On 21–23 August 2026, eight members of the EVE CURiE project team from SKA’s Research Division attended The 4th Asian Aerospace and Astronautics Conference (AAAC 2026) at City University of Hong Kong, China.
Marek Pąśko, Dorota Kazibudzka and Marcel Szubartowski presented our work. Our research covered stratospheric gondola structures, near-space evaluation of hybrid photovoltaic panels, and energy conversion in scintillator-covered photovoltaic panels:
📄 Plywood based main-frame for stratospheric gondola – EVE CURiE experiment
📄 Instrumentation and Measurement Strategy for Near-Space Evaluation of Hybrid PV Panels
📄 Radiation-Assisted Energy Conversion in Scintillator-Covered Photovoltaic Panels
We’re also coming back with an award! 🏆 Our paper “Radiation-Assisted Energy Conversion in Scintillator-Covered Photovoltaic Panels”, presented by Dorota, received the best paper award in the “Modular Satellite System Design, On-Orbit Performance Assessment, and Reliability Analysis” session (Onsite Oral Session). Congratulations to all co-authors! 👏
This project was supported by the grant of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland awarded to the Warsaw University of Technology as part of the “Supporting students to improve their competences and skills” program (pol. Wsparcie studentów w zakresie podniesienia ich kompetencji i umiejętności).
