🇵🇱Rusza rekrutacja do form wsparcia w ramach projektu „Kierunek: Doskonałość – Systemowe Wsparcie Rozwoju Dydaktycznego w Uczelni”!
Projekt skierowany jest do kadry dydaktycznej oraz osób doktoranckich Uniwersytetu VIZJA. Jego celem jest rozwój kompetencji dydaktycznych i wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań w dydaktyce.
W ramach projektu dostępne są:
✅ Szkolenia obligatoryjne:
🔹 AI w dydaktyce
🔹 Nowoczesne narzędzia cyfrowe w dydaktyce
🔹 Praktyczne zastosowanie zasady 7R
🔹 Projektowanie uniwersalne w dydaktyce szkoły wyższej
✅ Szkolenia fakultatywne – dla osób, które ukończą minimum 4 szkolenia obligatoryjne:
🔹 profesjonalne bazy danych w procesie kształcenia
🔹 metoda Flipped classroom
🔹 równość w różnorodności i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu
🔹 specjalistyczny język angielski dla kadry prowadzącej zajęcia po angielsku
Dodatkowo: wizyty studyjne w zagranicznych ośrodkach akademickich – również dla osób, które ukończą minimum 4 szkolenia obligatoryjne.
👥 Kto może wziąć udział?
🔹 Kadra dydaktyczna Uniwersytetu VIZJA zatrudniona na podstawie umowy o pracę lub umowy cywilnoprawnej, współpracująca z uczelnią minimum 6 miesięcy;
🔹 Osoby doktoranckie przyjęte nie później niż 30 września 2025 r.

🇬🇧We are pleased to announce the launch of recruitment for support activities under the project “Towards Excellence – Systemic Support for the Development of Teaching at the University”!
The project is addressed to the teaching staff and doctoral students of VIZJA University. Its aim is to develop teaching competences and implement modern solutions in teaching.
🎓 Support activities covered by the recruitment process:
✅ Mandatory training courses:
🔹 AI in the teaching process – how to effectively use ChatGPT, Copilot, DeepL and other tools in higher education teaching
🔹 Modern digital tools in the teaching process – from MS Teams to Moodle+
🔹 Practical application of the 7R principle in higher education teaching
🔹 Universal design principles in higher education teaching
✅ Elective training courses – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project:
🔹 Using professional databases and applying them in the teaching process
🔹 Designing and delivering classes using the flipped classroom method
🔹 Equality in diversity – preventing discrimination and exclusion in the teaching process
🔹 Specialist English language course – vocabulary and expressions related to higher education teaching, for teaching staff delivering classes in English
🌍 Additional support:
🔹 Study visits to international academic institutions – for participants who complete at least 4 mandatory training courses under the project.
👥 Who can participate?
🔹 Teaching staff of VIZJA University employed under an employment contract or a civil law contract and cooperating with the University for at least 6 months
🔹 Doctoral students of VIZJA University admitted no later than 30 September 2025
