Porphyrin Chemistry Research Group

Porphyrin Chemistry Research Group Welcome to the FB page of the Chemistry of Porphyrins and Porphyrinoids Research Group.

Currently our principal interest focuses on the synthesis and coordination chemistry of porphyrin analogs. They include core-modified porphyrins (heteroporphyrins and, especially, carbaporphyrins), expanded, contracted, and isomeric porphyrins. In the exploration of their coordination properties we lay special emphasis on paramagnetic complexes, which we investigate using paramagnetic NMR spectroscopy.

We're back!🥳 After a long break, we're again on social media. :)
Some of us are sending greetings from 14th International Conference on Porphyrins and Phthalocyanines in Kyoto.🤩 Ewa, Karolina and Michał gave lectures on their research, while Kinga, Ola, Dominika and Nithish presented their posters.😊
Meanwhile, Ania is representing us at the 3rd French-Polish Chemistry Congress in Paris.🥰
More news is coming soon. Stay tuned!😎

Greetings from ICPP-12! We had a beautiful time in Madrid.😍 Thank you, the organizers!

Zachęcamy do czytania :-)

Congrats to Michał Białek and we are waiting for great discoveries from the funded project "Lab on a Molecule – Exploring Organometallic Reactivity of Molecular Fragments under Confinement within a Carbaporphyrinoid Frame"🤩

So... as we mentioned. Today is the day! Happy 70th to our great Boss - prof. Latos-Grażyński from the whole group!🥳🥳🥳
