Esta foi uma das questões em destaque nas VII Jornadas Científicas dos Mestrados APNOR, que decorreram na ESTiG-IPB, no passado sábado, tendo reunido docentes, investigadores e estudantes em torno dos desafios da ética, da transformação digital e da sustentabilidade nas PME.

A edição deste ano ficou marcada pelo alargamento das Jornadas ao Mestrado em Gestão das Organizações, reforçando a colaboração entre as áreas da gestão, contabilidade e finanças.

This was one of the key topics at the 7th APNOR Master’s Scientific Conference, which took place at ESTiG-IPB last Saturday, bringing together professors, researchers and students to discuss the challenges of ethics, digital transformation and sustainability in SMEs.

This year’s event was marked by the extension of the Conference to the Master’s in Organisational Management, strengthening collaboration between the fields of management, accounting and finance.

O programa inclui sessões científicas, workshops, atividades práticas, uma Sessão Solene Comemorativa e uma visita às futuras instalações da Escola.

Durante três dias, investigadores, profissionais e decisores públicos de diferentes países reuniram-se em Mirandela para a III European (Local) Public Innovation Conference, integrada no projeto europeu INNlocal. 🌍

Sustentabilidade, participação cidadã, inclusão, transformação digital e cooperação entre universidades e municípios foram alguns dos temas em destaque num encontro dedicado à construção de territórios mais inovadores e preparados para os desafios do futuro.

Coordenado pelo IPB e financiado pelo programa Erasmus+, o projeto INNlocal reforça a cooperação europeia e promove a cocriação de soluções entre o meio académico, a administração pública local e a sociedade civil.

Este é mais um exemplo do compromisso do IPB com a inovação, a internacionalização e o desenvolvimento dos territórios. 🤝

Over three days, researchers, professionals and public decision-makers from various countries gathered in Mirandela for the 3rd European (Local) Public Innovation Conference, part of the European INNlocal project. 🌍

Sustainability, citizen participation, inclusion, digital transformation, and cooperation between universities and local authorities were among the key themes at a meeting dedicated to building more innovative regions better prepared for the challenges of the future.

Coordinated by IPB and funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the INNlocal project strengthens European cooperation and promotes the co-creation of solutions between academia, local public administration and civil society.

This is yet another example of IPB’s commitment to innovation, internationalisation and regional development. 🤝

Magistrados do Ministério Público de várias comarcas do Norte do país estiveram ontem na EsACT-IPB, em Mirandela, para participar no XII Encontro Família e Crianças da Procuradoria-Geral Regional do Porto.

A iniciativa promoveu a partilha de experiências e a reflexão sobre matérias associadas à proteção das crianças e jovens, reforçando a ligação entre o ensino superior, o setor da Justiça e os contextos profissionais. ⚖️

Acolher este encontro na EsACT-IPB assume particular relevância para o IPB, já a Escola integra uma oferta formativa consolidada na área jurídica, através do CTeSP em Serviços Jurídicos, da Licenciatura em Solicitadoria e do Mestrado em Solicitadoria dos Contratos.

Prosecutors from various districts in the north of the country visited EsACT-IPB in Mirandela yesterday to take part in the 12th Family and Children’s Meeting organised by the Porto Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The initiative promoted the sharing of experiences and reflection on issues related to the protection of children and young people, strengthening the link between higher education, the justice sector and professional contexts. ⚖️

Hosting this meeting at EsACT-IPB is of particular significance for IPB, as the School offers a well-established range of courses in the legal field, through the CTeSP in Legal Services, the Bachelor’s Degree in Law for Solicitors and the Master’s Degree in Contracts Legal Studies.

Este novo espaço pretende aproximar o território das oportunidades, programas e redes de informação europeias, promovendo o acesso a iniciativas de financiamento, mobilidade, capacitação e desenvolvimento.

A inauguração decorreu no Campus da Água do IPB, em Chaves, no âmbito do Seminário “Economia Social e Emprego – Desafios e Oportunidades”, que reuniu representantes institucionais, organizações do terceiro setor, entidades empregadoras, estudantes e comunidade académica.

A iniciativa reforça o compromisso do IPB com o desenvolvimento regional, a valorização do território e a ligação às redes europeias. 🌍

This new facility aims to bring the region closer to European opportunities, programmes and information networks, promoting access to funding, mobility, training and development initiatives.

The inauguration took place at the IPB Water Campus in Chaves, as part of the seminar “Social Economy and Employment – Challenges and Opportunities”, which brought together institutional representatives, third-sector organisations, employers, students, and the academic community.

The initiative reinforces IPB’s commitment to regional development, the enhancement of the region and links to European networks. 🌍
