«𝗔𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘀», 𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰̧𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀, 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮̃𝗼 𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗻𝗮 𝗨𝗣𝗕! 🎨
A homenagem às mulheres transmontanas, reflexo de uma ligação profunda ao território que inspira a obra da artista, pode agora ser apreciada na UPB.
Criada em 1996, a série «As Escolhidas», realizada a pastel e carvão sobre papel, está exposta no hall da Reitoria, aproximando a arte da comunidade académica e de todos os que visitam a Universidade. ☺️
A cedência da obra foi formalizada através de um acordo entre Graça Morais e a UPB, dando continuidade a uma colaboração que se expressa também no trabalho desenvolvido pelo Laboratório de Artes na Montanha – Graça Morais.
Uma oportunidade para descobrir, no quotidiano da Universidade, a força e a identidade das mulheres que inspiram esta criação artística.

This tribute to the women of Trás-os-Montes, reflecting a deep connection to the region that inspires the artist’s work, is now on view at UPB
Created in 1996, the series “As Escolhidas,” executed in pastel and charcoal on paper, is on display in the Rector’s Office lobby, bringing art closer to the academic community and all who visit the University. ☺️
The donation of the work was formalised through an agreement between Graça Morais and UPB, continuing a collaboration reflected in the work carried out by the Laboratório de Artes na Montanha – Graça Morais.
This is an opportunity to discover, within the daily life of the University, the strength and identity of the women who inspire this artistic creation.
