As III Jornadas da Educação reuniram profissionais, investigadores e estudantes para refletir sobre alguns dos desafios que estão a mudar a forma como ensinamos e aprendemos – dos efeitos dos ecrãs, do stress e das emoções à crescente presença da inteligência artificial na educação.

Sob o tema «Educação em (Trans)formação: Neurociência, Inteligência e Inovação», foi um dia de conhecimento, partilha e debate, promovido pela UPB, através da ESE e da EHB, em parceria com o Município de Chaves.

The 3rd Education Conference brought together professionals, researchers and students to reflect on some of the challenges that are changing the way we teach and learn – from the effects of screens, stress and emotions to the growing presence of artificial intelligence in education.

Under the theme ‘Education in (Trans)formation: Neuroscience, Intelligence and Innovation’, it was a day of learning, sharing and debate, organised by UPB, through ESE and EHB, in partnership with Chaves Municipality.

European Sports Week is coming to the Bragança Polytechnic University, with a range of activities organised by the Sports and Wellbeing Office to promote physical activity, health and wellbeing within our community. 💪

Na sequência do anúncio da criação da Universidade de Bragança e Norte Interior, através da transformação da atual Universidade Politécnica de Bragança, o Reitor da UPB, Orlando Rodrigues, dirigiu ontem uma mensagem à comunidade académica.

Uma mensagem sobre o caminho construído até aqui, a nova etapa que agora se inicia e a ambição de construir uma Universidade profundamente ligada ao território e, simultaneamente, aberta ao mundo.

A message about the journey taken so far, the new phase that is now beginning, and the ambition to build a university that is deeply rooted in the local area whilst remaining open to the world.

A Sofia Silva conheceu a UPB através do irmão e decidiu estudar connosco. Aqui, encontrou razões para continuar o seu percurso e decidiu avançar para um Doutoramento. Hoje, desenvolve investigação na área da Agrobiotecnologia, contribuindo para a produção de novo conhecimento.

Sofia Silva learned about UPB through her brother and decided to study with us. Here, she found reasons to continue on her path and decided to pursue a PhD. Today, she conducts research in agrobiotechnology, contributing to the creation of new knowledge.

A Maria Correia começou a sua experiência na UPB numa Licenciatura. Quando chegou o momento de decidir o que viria a seguir, encontrou aqui o Mestrado na área em que queria continuar a aprofundar conhecimentos. E decidiu ficar.
