[PT] A Química das Emoções é muito mais do que ciência, é a forma como o nosso cérebro traduz o mundo, o corpo e até quem somos.

Este mês, juntámo‑nos ao NEQ para mergulhar nas reações invisíveis que moldam o que sentimos, pensamos e fazemos.

Entre conversas, perguntas e muita curiosidade, percebemos que ainda podemos aprender muito sobre aquilo que nos move por dentro.

Afinal, compreender a química das emoções é compreender‑nos a nós mesm@s.

[EN] The Chemistry of Emotions is much more than science, it’s the way our brain translates the world, the body, and even who we are.

This month, we collaborated with NEQ to dive into the invisible reactions that shape what we feel, think, and do.

Between conversations, questions, and plenty of curiosity, we realized there’s still so much to learn about what moves us from within.

In the end, understanding the chemistry of emotions is understanding ourselves.

As part of the Employment Roadmap, the Department of Career Opportunities and Training is organizing an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about the work carried out by the psychology service at the CHUC.
