Joana Cruz, alumna da Iscte Business School, foi distinguida com o Best MSc Thesis Award in the category of Audit, atribuído na 7.ª edição da ICAFI — International Conference in Accounting and Finance Innovation.

A dissertação, intitulada “Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) in the Digital Age: Accountants’ Perspectives on Tax Compliance, Audit Efficiency and Financial Reporting Transparency”, foi desenvolvida sob a orientação da Professora Ana Isabel Dias Lopes e do Professor André Filipe Martins Narciso, docentes da Iscte Business School.

O trabalho analisa o papel do SAF-T no contexto da transformação digital da contabilidade, explorando o seu impacto na conformidade fiscal, na eficiência da auditoria e na transparência do relato financeiro.

Realizada nos dias 13 e 14 de julho, a ICAFI 2026 foi dedicada ao tema “The Future of Accounting and Finance: Innovation, Responsibility, and Value Creation”, promovendo a reflexão e a partilha de conhecimento sobre o futuro da contabilidade e das finanças.
