We couldn't help ourselves, so here's a teaser from yesterday's graduation ceremony. 👀 (Don't worry - the actual professional photos and videos are coming very soon!)

It was such an incredible day for everyone involved that it's hard to put into words. Firstly, we'd like to congratulate our students for this outstanding achievement and to wish them the best in their lives and future careers. Don't be strangers - we can't wait to hear from you again! Our door is always open for you. ❤

Secondly, we'd like to thank the over 300 guests that attended the graduation - we're humbled and thankful the support they gave our students until the end. 🫶

Last week, our 1st and 2nd year students from passed an important milestone in their careers – they took part in a culinary competition organized by us in partnership with ANBCT - Asociatia Naţională a Bucătarilor şi Cofetarilor din Turism - România . A huge thank you to them for their time and efforts in making the competition happen, especially to the 5 incredible judges:

⭐ Cornelia Ghișoi (Secretary-General, ANBCT Romania)
⭐ Ștefan Bercea (President, ANBCT Romania)
⭐ Liviu Preda (Chef, ANBCT Romania)
⭐ Florin Popa (winner of Bronze Medal at Gastronomy World Cup – Luxemburg 2022)
⭐ Laurentiu Mata (Director of Communication & Events, ANBCT Romania)

The students were split into teams and they worked hard for many hours to create and cook an apetizer and a main dish, and it really showed – the final results were amazing. Assessing the quality of their work ourselves, we can confidenly say that they are all winners, seeing how much their skills have evolved and how they grow into their roles as industry professionals. 👏

We’re sure that we’ll hear great things about them in the future. Amazing job! ❤

Last week we partnered up with One Soul for a two-day culinary event and in was absolutely glorious. 🙌

Under the supervision of the incredibly talented Chef Lőrincz Szilárd and Chef Alex Petricean , our students cooked a 6-course meal for their guests, even coming up with ideas for some of the dishes. The pictures speak for themselves - the taste, the presentation and the creativity behind them were mind-blowing. 🤯

That's incredible. Even more so when the event was fully booked for both days. 👏

We're immensely grateful to the two chefs for their time, efforts and dedication and we commend their passion for the industry. A huge thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. ❤

We'd also like to congratulate the students on their hard work and the development of their skills, which are now undeniable considering their success in a real-life situation. Great work! 👏

On the 1st of March, we are hosting our second official culinary competition in partnership with ANBCT - Asociatia Naţională a Bucătarilor şi Cofetarilor din Turism - România . 🙌

4 teams of students will compete by creating one apetizer and one dish, and will be judged by 5 incredible professionals:

Our students had a blast at the Valentine's Day party organized by our academy, showing once again the strength of our spirit. The night was filled with laughter, joy, and lots of dancing, and they went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. 🥰

This week, our students warmed our hearts by celebrating the coming holidays in the best way possible - with teamwork and the gift of giving, at our Christmas Fair event. 🎄

Students from our academy and our sister-academies - American Hotel Academy and Digital Hub Academy worked together not only to decorate the school in the spirit of Christmas, but also to cook delicious snacks and create handmade decorations with which they raised donations for charity, through our friends at Kastel. 🎁

Words can't describe how proud we are of them and what joy it brings us to see them work together like this. We can only extend a very warm 'thank you' for all their efforts. ❤

Today, our 3rd year students had their Chef Certificate exam, and the pictures speak for themselves. Absolutely fabulous! ✨

As a gesture of mercy, we won't get into details about the delicious TASTE (👀). You'll just have to trust us - they were to die for. 🫠

Here are just some of their mindblowing creations:
🟢 Bao buns with caramelised pork and pickled vegetables
🟢 Flavoured chicken roll filled with boletus mushrooms, pea and mint puree and fondant potatoes
🟢 Sous-vide duck breast with parsnip puree and forest fruits & sea ​​buckthorn sauce
🟢 Steak tartare
🟢 Lord have mercy, we have to end the list here before we die of 'pofta' 😩
