Chef Michel Portos va sustine o conferinta gazduita de Horeca School alături de Gault&Millau Romania si Institutul Culinar Disciples Esscofier Romania.
Va invitam sa ascultăm experiențe personale,sa punem întrebări si sa intelegem mai bine cm este drumul catre performanta si succes, cm pasiunea si profesionalismul acced arta culinara.
Gazda evenimentului este chef David Contant care a colaborat cu chef Michel Portos in parcursul carierei sale.
Chef Michel Portos a fost desemnat Chef-ul anului în 2012 de Gault & Millau. A lucrat la La Maison Troisgros din Roanne, numit Cel mai bun restaurant francez din lume de Gault & Millau.
Chef Michel Portos și-a deschis mai târziu propriul restaurant Côté Théâtre din Perpignan, apoi s-a alăturat lui Saint-James în Bouliac.
În prezent propune un meniu proaspăt și creativ la restaurantele sale Malthazar și Le Poulpe din Marsilia.
Prezența lui Michel Portos în România este asigurată de Sezonul România-Franța 2019.
Nu pierde o ocazie unica de a fi in preajma unui chef cu o experienta fabuloasa si de a interactiona direct cu el.
