Economist 2000 Foundation in partnership with the Association of Faculties of Economics in Romania (AFER) and with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi, Romania, has the pleasure to announce the organization of the 17th edition of its International Conference “Globalization and Higher Education in Economics and Business Administration” (GEBA 2025). The conference will be organized onsite and online, between October 16-18, 2025 (details).
We would be very happy if you could join us by submitting and presenting your papers and/or by advertising our event to your colleagues, doctoral students and friends.This year’s topic is "Artificial Intelligence and Globalization: New Paradigms in Economic Higher Education" and below you can find more useful info about the conference.

Dear colleagues,
On the occasion of the eleventh Annual Scientific Conference of Romanian Academic Economists (ERMAS 2025 at the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration – FEAA, in partnership with National Bank of Romania and Babeș-Bolyai University, https://www.ermas.ro/2025/, https://www.ermas.ro/conferintele.php), a special session will be organized with only economics working papers submitted by the PhD students affiliated to a Romanian university/institution of higher education.

If any of the PhD students affiliated to Romanian universities/institutions intend to participate to this special session, they can submit their economics working papers to the email address [email protected], until May 12, 2025, indicating in the email or on the submitted document "For the PhD Students' Session".

Of course, any PhD student affiliated to a Romanian university/institution of higher education is more than welcome to also submit her/his working paper for the usual track of the conference, in which case the deadline for submissions is April 28, 2025 (see CfP, https://www.ermas.ro/2025/cfp.php). In such cases, they should indicate in the email or on the submitted document "Submitted For the Conference Sessions & For the PhD Students' Session".

Please disseminate this information among your organization PhD students. The PhD students accepted with presentations in the conference sessions or in the PhD Students' Session will be provided free accommodation and access to all ERMAS social & scientific events for the duration of the conference. Moreover, there will be a prize for the best paper presented in this special session (https://www.ermas.ro/2025/prize.php).

ERMAS 2023

With the occasion of the ninth annual scientific conference of Romanian academic economists (ERMAS 2023, https://www.ermas.ro/2023/; https://ermas.ro/conferintele.php), a special session will be organized with only economics working papers submitted by the PhD students affiliated to a Romanian university/institution of higher education.

If any of the PhD students affiliated to Romanian universities/institutions have the intention to participate to this special session, they can submit their economics working papers to the email address [email protected], until April 15th, 2023, indicating in the email or on the submitted document "For the PhD Students' Session".

Of course, any PhD student affiliated to a Romanian university/institution of higher education is more than welcome to also submit her/his working paper for the usual track of the conference, in which case the deadline for submissions is March 31st, 2023 (see CfP, https://www.ermas.ro/2023/Call_for_Papers_27_01_2023_Engleza.pdf). In such cases, they should indicate in the email or on the submitted document "Submitted For the Conference Sessions & For the PhD Students' Session".
