Strategic Human Resource Management in Europe - FEAA, Bulevardul Carol I, nr. 22, Iasi (2026)

Strategic Human Resource Management in Europe is the newest Master Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. With a strong international focus, the aim is to provide graduates with qualifications and competencies in strategic HR management at a European Level. Strategic HR management is increasingly becoming more important, therefore a strategic vision on the latest HR pract

ices and challenges is provided, as well as the first human resource management program entirely taught in English. The reasons why somebody would want to follow the studies offered by SHRME master program are consisted of the following aspects:

- the opportunity of receiving a double degree by attending a semester at University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna through an Erasmus Scholarship,
- acquiring practical knowledge from highly skilled professors and practitioners with a vast experience in HR field,
- obtain a strategic view of human resource processes in an international context,
- reaching a qualification and competence profile that includes scientific disciplines, methodical-analytical skills and interdisciplinary qualifications,
- acquiring methodical-analytical skills on international project and process management, consultancy skills in HR management, intercultural competences, leadership capability and strategic competencies in IT-supported HR management and controlling,
- obtaining an interdisciplinary qualification, which especially means profound knowledge of English with special focus on HR related terminology, intercultural communication and networking skills,
- continuing to work while obtaining an International diploma in the field of HR management.
