🚨 NEET PG Admission Scam: High Court Denies Anticipatory Bail

The Punjab & Haryana High Court has denied anticipatory bail to a man accused of taking ₹14.25 lakh from a parent on the promise of securing an MD/MS seat.

The Court observed that attempting to bypass the regulated NEET PG counselling process by paying for a medical seat is a serious offence—not a mere “business dispute.”

⚠️ For NEET PG aspirants & parents:
Admissions to MD/MS courses are based on the official counselling and merit process. Be cautious of anyone promising a “guaranteed seat” for money outside the official system.
