NPI

NPI NPI is the first institution of higher education, open to the south of Russia more than 100 years ago (in 1907) as Don Polytechnic Institute.

In April 1930 the university was divided into seven independent institutions. In February 1948, the institution was renamed in Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze. Currently NPI (YURGPU) is the largest in southern Russia multidisciplinary educational research and innovation complex with well-developed infrastructure and modern material and technical base.
