As we reach the final leg of our tour through the BuMSA Museum , let’s delve into two impactful campaigns that exemplify our commitment to public health and social awareness.

First, we have the *MVP Campaign*, held in *August 2022*. This week-long maternal health campaign was packed with informative sessions on critical topics. We addressed the violence that mothers may face during childbirth and its detrimental effects on both the mother and the fetus. The campaign also highlighted the risks associated with premature birth and the psychological impact of infertility, particularly on women. Moreover, we discussed the benefits of family planning, emphasizing how it allows mothers to recover after childbirth and devote time to caring for their children. The campaign was capped off with an enlightening convoy to Eid Babiker village, where participants gained hands-on experience and valuable knowledge.

Our journey wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the *Shatter the Silence Campaign* from *October 2018*. In collaboration with Safe Children, WHO, and MedSIN-BuMSA SCORP, this campaign was a monumental effort to raise public awareness about the often-overlooked issue of child sexual abuse. The campaign featured a wide array of activities, including school outreach programs, in-person workshops, engaging social media posters, and a powerful symposium. Each element of the campaign was designed to shed light on these unexpected and harmful behaviors, with the goal of protecting children and empowering communities.

As we conclude our tour, these campaigns remind us of the vital role BuMSA plays in promoting health, education, and social justice. Thank you for joining us on this journey through our proudest moments.

Fast forward to October 10th, 2022, when we organized a Research Methodology Workshop . This workshop was a pivotal moment in our commitment to fostering research skills among our members. Participants gained valuable insights into the fundamentals of research, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to the scientific community.

These milestones not only reflect our continuous efforts to support and educate our members but also demonstrate our commitment to creating a well-rounded and knowledgeable medical community

Welcome to the BuMSA Museum, where we take pride in showcasing our milestones and achievements that have shaped our journey in medical education and student exchange.

Let’s start with October 3rd, 2022—a date to remember for our Medical Education and Exchange Symposium.This event marked a unique collaboration with the Standing Committee on Medical Education (SCOME), bridging the crucial gap between medical school accreditation and student exchanges. The symposium wasn’t just a meeting of minds; it was a celebrated success, receiving high praise from national teams and participants from other Local Member Organizations (LMOs).

Next, we move to November 22nd, 2022, when we hosted the groundbreaking Exchange Pool Workshop .For the first time, three Local Exchange Officers (LEOs) from BuMSA, OMA, and ZAMSA joined forces. They meticulously crafted a strategic roadmap to activate all Local Committees (LCs) and guide them in conducting top-tier exchange programs. Through this campaign, we emphasized that every child deserves a world free from violence, surrounded by love and community. The legacy of this campaign lies in its enduring message: when children’s rights are respected, society is empowered to help them thrive.”

We'll carry on with our tour of the Black Corner ( *standing committee of Medical education*) 🤍🖤today. In the museum, black and white is a universal language that all visitors can comprehend. It is the language of civilization, art, and history. It is a language of ideas, beauty, and feeling. Since it is a language that cuts over linguistic and cultural barriers, Step back in time with me as we explore the remarkable achievements of this esteemed standing committee 🖤.

⚫ 2018: Designing Medical Curriculum and Developing Workshops

In 2018, a team of dedicated professionals embarked on a crucial mission: to craft a comprehensive medical curriculum that would empower future physicians with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their chosen field. This endeavor involved meticulously evaluating current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies.

Alongside this curriculum development, a series of workshops was meticulously designed to address specific areas of medical practice. These workshops, tailored to the needs of medical students and professionals, provided hands-on training and in-depth knowledge in essential medical techniques.

Hi there to all of you. I hope today is going well for you: I am Nada Seif El-Din, your host.
Allow me to take you on a breathtaking tour of the MedSin BuMSA Memorial Museum..

Are you geared up? 👀

Our museum was founded in antiquity and features numerous exquisite accomplishments and amazing acts of bravery. We'll examine each one of them. There are six main divisions in this museum, and each one focuses on the accomplishments of a particular office.

Let's stroll down this hallway for a little bit.
The orange corner is located here. (Public Health Corridor) Looking at this wall, we see images of the LPO for the 22–23 year, which sends us a message that was composed during that time by him and his team.
Now, I will present to you a chronology that shows us some of the milestones and successes of this office over the previous years...

Starting in 2018, they did something
-Antibiotic resistance symposium (in cooperation with the Sudan Pharmacists Association and the Medical Supplies Fund)
-Sustainable Development Goals Symposium in cooperation with the World Health Organization and the Youth Forum Organization.

Even more wonderful!🤌🏻 Two years later, in June 2020, during the period of Corona and the ban, a mental health campaign was held during the ban (a cooperation campaign with Dr. Dinan and Rawan alongside the Aswat Al-Madina band), which was held with the aim of drawing attention to mental health issues and the best ways in which a person can spend their lives. Spend time with them during quarantine and improve their ability to grow...

If we move forward in time a little towards January-February 2022
A Drop of Hope campaign (blood donation campaign) was held.
To educate participants and the organizing committee about the importance
Blood donation, the safety of the process, complications of need and shortage, to try to fill the gap in blood bags, and correct misconceptions about blood donation...

Closing in March 2023
An anti-tuberculosis campaign in cooperation with the Takaful Charitable Organization: which helped medical students learn more about this topic and use their knowledge and experience
Skills acquired in awareness-raising sessions among high school students.
