تتقدّم كلية طب الفم و الأسنان بجامعة كرري بخالص الشكر والتقدير والعرفان إلى البروفيسور أمل فتحي توفيق قداح، وذلك لمشاركتها المشرّفة كممتحن خارجي في مناقشة المرشح د. محمد عثمان بابكر لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في الاستعاضة السنية من كلية الدراسات العليا بالجامعة، عن أطروحته الموسومة:
"تأثير استخدام زيوت الزيتون والسمسم والفول السوداني كأوساط عازلة في الثبات الأبعادي ودقة استنساخ تفاصيل السطح لمادة الطبعات الهيدروكولويدية غير العكوسة باستخدام تقنيتين مختلفتين للخلط."
لقد مثّلت لنا مشاركة البروفيسور أمل إضافة علمية رفيعة، بما تمتلكه من خبرة أكاديمية ومهنية ممتدة في المجال، وسيرة زاخرة بالعطاء في مجالات التدريس، والإشراف العلمي، والبحث، وخدمة المجتمع الأكاديمي.
وتُعد من القامات المتميزة في مجال التعويضات السنية، إذ تدرجت في السلم الأكاديمي حتى بلغت مرتبة الأستاذية، وتقلدت عدداً من المناصب القيادية الرفيعة، من أبرزها:
رئيسة قسم التعويضات السنية بكلية طب الفم والأسنان – جامعة القاهرة.
رئيسة قسم التعويضات السنية بكلية طب الأسنان – جامعة 6 أكتوبر.
رئيسة قسم التعويضات السنية بجامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا.
مديرة برنامج ماجستير زراعة الأسنان بكلية طب الأسنان – جامعة القاهرة.
أستاذة التعويضات السنية ومُعارَضة للتدريس بعدد من الجامعات المصرية والخاصة.
استشارية التعويضات السنية، وصاحبة خبرة ممتدة في العمل السريري والأكاديمي داخل مصر وخارجها.
كما أن للبروفيسور أمل حضوراً علمياً مشهوداً، إذ شاركت في أكثر من ثلاثين مؤتمراً ومحاضرة ودورة علمية حول العالم ، وأسهمت في تأليف وإصدار عدد من الكتب و المؤلفات والمراجع العلمية المتخصصة في التعويضات السنية، إلى جانب نشر أكثر من ثلاثين بحثاً علمياً في مجلات وطنية ودولية مرموقة. وقد عُرفت أيضاً بإشرافها على العديد من الرسائل العلمية في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراة في طب الأسنان، وبإسهاماتها المؤثرة في إعداد أجيال من الباحثين والأكاديميين.
ولا يفوتنا أن نشيد بما عُرفت به البروفيسور أمل من رُقيّ أخلاقي، وتواضع علمي، وتضامن مهني وإنساني يعكس أصالة طبعها المتسامي الفريد ، و الحرص الصادق على دعم المسيرة العلمية في وطننا العزيز، وهو ما جعل مشاركتها محل تقدير كبير واعتزاز صادق.
فلكِ منا، أيتها الأستاذة الجليلة، أسمى آيات الشكر والتقدير، مقرونةً بوافر الامتنان والاحترام، مع أصدق الأمنيات بدوام الصحة والعطاء والتوفيق في الحقل الطبي.

The College of Dentistry - Karary University extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Professor Amal Fathy Tawfik Kaddah for her distinguished participation as an external examiner in the PhD defense of Dr. Mohamed Osman Babiker in Prosthodontics, from the Graduate College of the University, for his thesis entitled:
“ Effect of Olive, Sesame & Ground Nuts Oils as an Isolating Media on Dimensional Stability & Surface Details Reproduction of Irreversible Hydrocolloid Impression Material using Two Mixing Techniques.”
Professor Kaddah’s presence brought exceptional scientific value to the Dissertation defense, reflecting her long standing academic excellence and experience, clinical expertise, and meaningful service to dental education and research writings . She is one of the leading figures in the field of prosthodontics, having progressed through an accomplished academic career to reach the highest rank of Professor, while holding several distinguished leadership positions, including:
• Head of the Prosthodontic Department, College of Oral and Dental Medicine, Cairo University.
• Head of the Prosthodontic Department, College of Dentistry, October 6 University.
• Head of the Prosthodontic Department, Misr University for Science and Technology.
• Director of the Master’s Program in Oral Implantology, College of Dentistry, Cairo University.
• Professor of Prosthodontics, with teaching appointments across several Egyptian and private universities.
• Consultant Prosthodontist, with extensive clinical and academic experience in Egypt and abroad.
Her scientific profile is equally remarkable, with participation in more than 30 conferences around the world, lectures, and scientific courses, contributions to the authorship and publication of specialized prosthodontic textbooks and references, and more than 30 research publications in respected national and international journals.
She has also participated in supervision of numerous master’s and doctoral theses, contributing significantly to the training and mentorship of future scholars and clinicians.
We also deeply value her refined ethics, humility, academic generosity, and sincere commitment to supporting scientific progress in our beloved country. Her participation was warmly appreciated and will remain a valued mark of academic distinction.
