Ahfad Student Ambassadors We represent AUW on and off the campus. We assist in promoting AUW , and the AUW office of administration with recruitment and retention

Who can be an Ahfad Student Ambassador (ASA)? An ASA must have some levels of leadership and communication skills, specifically in both English and Arabic. She has to show commitment to the role of the ambassador and sense of initiative as well. Duties and Responsibilities:
ASA's main role is to represent Ahfad University for Women on and off campus, assisting in promoting AUW office of admissions

with recruitment and retention. ASA assist in new students' orientation, guest tour around campus, promote academic events such as (Graduation, New student registration, AUW Conferences..etc). ASA organize with the international external relations office, IREO, schools and job career fairs. Benefits of being an ASA:
-Recognition awards and honors upon successful completion of program,
-University - Regional and state recognition
-Understanding of Heritage, culture and status of AUW.
-Cultivating leadership and communication skills.
-Creating valuable professional connections with campus and community leaders.
-Letters of recommendation from AUW and community personnel and public officials
-Exposure as visible and well known students, leaders on campus.
-Network with diverse community leaders (government, business, education).
-Student leadership, trainings and conferences. -Develops sense of belonging and lasting friendships.
-Make valuable professional connections.
-Meet new people and have FUN! NOTE: Our office is located at the IREO in the administration building.

محبي تيدكس، اليوم جيناكم بنسخة جديدة من تيدكس جامعة الأحفاد وكلنا مليانين حماس! 🤩

خلال الفترة الفاتت منو ما واجه تحديات وكان فاكر دي نهاية القصة عندو؟ تحديات بنت حواجز في طريقنا و منعتنا نصل لأهدافنا زي ما اتخيلناها، واعتبرنا روحنا خسرناها!

بس هل فعلا خسرنا؟ الإجابة عند بعضنا كانت لأ، بل اكتشفنا انو التحديات ما هي إلا فرصة ثانية تعيد تشكيل واقعنا بطريقة أحسن وبنتائج أفضل. والقول يقول:
"ان الوقوع فرصة للحلم أن يقيس العزم سائلا: استسلم أم أكملا؟"

فمن هنا نحنا بنسدل الستار عن (تحدي الصعوبات) للحدث الأعظم بجامعة الأحفاد بعنوان "التغلب على الصعاب" عشان نتعرف على كل شخص أكمل رغم أنف التحديات وطلع بذات نفسه بحلة أجد وأقوى. ✊🏾

شاركنا بقصتك و التحديات القدرت تتغلب عليها، فالكثير يبعد خطوة من الاستسلام وألف خطوة من مواصلة التحدي. كن أنت من يلهمهم للركوض نحو التحدي. 🎤

For this year’s theme, our team wanted to create a logo that resembles our victories in defeating the barriers that stand in our way.

The barbwire represents the obstacles we face, the fist is our strength in defying them, and the sparkles show the sense of achievement that comes with that.

هذه السنة أراد فريقنا صنع شعار يمثل انتصاراتنا في التغلب على العقبات التي تقف في طريقنا.

الأسلاك الشائكة تمثل العقبات التي نواجهها، وتمثل القبضة قوتنا في التغلب على تلك العقبات، أما البريق فيمثل الشعور بالإنجاز الذي يرافق ذلك.
