الصحة العالمية تجدد اعتماد مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي كمركزٍ متعاون
جددت منظمة الصحة العالمية- إقليم شرق المتوسط- اعتماد مركز تطوير التعليم الطبي بكلية الطب؛ كمركز متعاونٍ..
وأعلن مدير منظمة الصحة العالمية لإقليم شرق المتوسط؛ أحمد بن سالم المنظري؛ سعيهم الوصول إلى مائة مركز مماثل خلال خمس سنوات، وزيادة فعالية القائم منها..
المنظري الذي وصل المركز في سياق زيارة للجزيرة للقاء مسؤوليها، والتعرف على حجم التحديات التي يواجهها النظام الصحي، أشار لوجود 44 مركزاً بالإقليم من أصل 860 مركزاً بالعالم ما يعادل 5%..
ويقطن إقليم شرق المتوسط بحسب تقديرات المنظري نحو 650 مليون نسمة يمثلون 10% من سكان العالم، ومع ذلك تعاني شحاً في مراكز التدريب، وتطوير البحوث، والتعليم الطبي..
وجدد عزمهم التوسع في هذا النوع من المراكز لتكون ريادية على مستوى العالم، مع التزامهم بالدعم الكامل لها، والتركيز على التعليم الطبي العام القادم..
وقال إنهم يتطلعون إلى أن يتحول المركز لأيقونة لتطوير التعليم الطبي والبحوث على مستوى العالم، والوصول لرؤيته في تحقيق الريادة والتميز في تعليم المهن الصحية المبتكرة وطنياً وإقليمياً ودولياً، وابتكار وتطوير برامج في تعليم وتدريب المهن الطبية والصحية والموارد البشرية والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع..
وزير الصحة الإتحادي المكلف د.هيثم محمد إبراهيم؛ قال إن جامعة الجزيرة ممثلة في كلية الطب تمثل مصدر فخرٍ وإعزاز لكل الكوادر الطبية كأنموذج للتحسين المستمر، والتقدم، والتطور..
ووصف علاقة جامعة الجزيرة ووزارة الصحة بأنها مثال حقيقي للتعاون والشراكة بين القطاعات الصحية والأكاديمية، واعتبرها موروثات مهمة للجانبين كأصل ثابت ونهج متبع..

EDC Gezira is delighted to announce the beginning of registration to a course entitled "Survey Planning and questionnaire conduction in Medical Education".

Course Overview:
Surveys and questionnaires are widely used in medical
education research, but the methods for creating them are
inconsistent in quality and lack rigorous standards This four
weeks course will cover the fundamentals of designing and
conducting surveys and questionnaires using systematic
approach to validate them.

Mode of Delivery:
- Flipped classroom approaches.
- Interactive discussion: Synchronous, and
- Asynchronous sessions.
- Hands-on Training.

Course overview
This is a three days course aims to explore the fundamentals of effective communication skills for medical students.

Learning outcomes
- To discuss the key principles of effective communication skills.
- To demonstrate an understanding of how to break a bad news for serious illness.
- To deliver a dialogue of soft skills by peer hand on training.

Mode of delivery
- Face to face class room approach.

السلام عليكم

بفضل الله ثم مجهود مقدر من عدد من الأساتذ والموظفين والعاملين و الطلاب و رئيس وحدة الجودة تم اختيار كلية الطب جامعة الجزيرة ضمن عشرة كليات للتقديم تجربتها في المسوؤلية الاجتماعية. وقد تم الاختيار بعد فحص و مراجعة دقيقة شمل عشرات كليات الطب حول العالم من خلال استبيان مفصل و مستحدث لقياس الاستجابة نحو المسؤولية الاجتماعية في اربعة مستويات لعدد ١١ محور (تشمل الطلاب -الأساتذة-المنهج -البحث العلمى-الشراكات -أصحاب المصلحة -الاثر الاجتماعى-الخ) في ٦٣ سؤال مع تقديم دراسة تقويم ذاتى للكلية و الادلة البراهين المطلوبة
ISAT:(Indicators for Social Accountability Tool in Health Profession Education)
هذا المشروع قام برعاية الشبكة العالمية للاتحاد نحو الصحة(TUFH ) و رعاية منظمة الصحة العالمية.

اكمل فريق العمل بالكلية الدراسة الذاتية (و يشبة لحد كبير خطوات الاعتماد) و تم تقديمه في الاجتماع الاسفيرى مع المحكمين بتاريخ ١٢ يوليو و نال ثقتهم بحمد الله.
و سوف يتم تقديم ملخص لعمل الكلية ضمن الكليات المختاره غدا الجمعة ١٠ ص في المؤتمر العالمى السنوى للشبكة و يعقبه احتفال للكليات المشاركة ١٢ ظهرا (المؤتمر هذا العام بإندونيسيا و اسفيرى بالكامل)
