SMAQO is inviting you to try their first consumer product, a Swedish tradition‑inspired hybrid meatball, which they recently launched.
In this session, we’ll hear from Ramkumar Nair from SMAQO and how this Swedish food-tech company developed hybrid mycoprotein foods which combines fungi-based mycoprotein with meat and plant ingredients to deliver great taste, nutrition, and lower environmental impact.
