Day 2 of the BigMeet 🌿

Back at it again! We enjoyed wonderful weather, accompanied by interesting talks, workshops and delicious food.

Day 1 of The Big Meet 🌱

What a great first day at Rosendals Trädgård!

A big thank you to Stiftelsen Rosendals Trädgård and Sweden FoodTech for welcoming KTH FoodTech and giving us the opportunity to be part of this event again! It has been a day filled with inspiring conversations, great food and lots of new encounters.

We also had the chance to meet some of the exhibitors, including Smakis, and hear more about their new products!

And of course, a huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who signed up and helped out today. We really appreciate you! 💚

Ever wondered what sustainable protein innovation actually tastes like? Here’s your chance to find out!

SMAQO is inviting you to try their first consumer product, a Swedish tradition‑inspired hybrid meatball, which they recently launched.

In this session, we’ll hear from Ramkumar Nair from SMAQO and how this Swedish food-tech company developed hybrid mycoprotein foods which combines fungi-based mycoprotein with meat and plant ingredients to deliver great taste, nutrition, and lower environmental impact.

Please note that this is NOT VEGAN.
