Lars emotional about the iiiee - what it has meant to him and how it continues to do so!

We have the privilege to have Lars Hansson as part of the faculty - retired since many years but still on a daily basis actively contributing to the insti, socially and professionally. Caring for students, colleagues, alumni, the iiiee per se and not least the environment - the latter through his profound knowledge of economics. His insights on China and network therein are particularly impressive. One thing is for sure: there is only one Lars Hansson!

Why he got flowers? He just turned 80 🥰🥳🇸🇪

Big day at the IIIEE - arrival of batch 33 in our classic Master in Environmental Management and Policy. A warm welcome to our new students - we look forward to having you here with us!

The group is made up of 31 students from 22 countries, including all continents. Very neat! 987 applied for this round 😊

Batch 20 of our Joint European master MESPOM is now out of the nest. Celebrated in a lovely way in a vineyard on the slopes of Vienna. Our warmest congratulations to the amazing graduates❤️

The masters thesis presentations is a time of the year when we are curious to see what our great students have come up with - and also a moment when we end up filled with pride.

Batch 31 in our classic Master in Environmental Management and Policy proved themselves very worthy of their upcoming degrees during our thesis defense week. Impressive! :)

We are not alone in the challenges we are facing. There have been big struggles before and our ancestors did a lot of courageous things - that we can seek inspiration from.

Our favorite film director Carl Eneroth ran an event last week during the LU Sustainability week that impacted us :)
