💐 Congratulations to Mikael Skaremyr and Oscar Kruit on winning the award for Project of the Year in Production Engineering! 🥳

Mikael and Oscar are studying Systems Development. In their project, they developed an AI-based tool for ergonomic analysis within the manufacturing industry, in which workers are anonymised in order to comply with GDPR requirements.

The award is presented anually in connection with Production Engineering Day at ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena.

Khatima Wichit is awarded the University’s Diversity Scholarship 2025! ⭐ She receives the scholarship for her degree project examining how structural and cultural barriers affect career opportunities for people with different cultural backgrounds in Sweden.

“For me, it became a work that not only analysed obstacles, but also highlighted the strength, perseverance and drive that many carried with them. Listening to their stories provided an understanding of how people actually create space for themselves in environments where the path forward is not always obvious,” she says.
