New PhD Course this semester (October-December 2026) - Critical Perspectives on Anti-gender, 7,5 credits

The aim of the course is to offer an advanced introduction to the expanding research field on anti-gender politics, which has sought to contribute understandings of the intensified mobilizations against LGBTIQ+ rights, women’s reproductive rights, and feminist, anti-racist and social justice politics. During the course, historical and contemporary, trans-disciplinary and trans-national perspectives on this phenomenon will be discussed, along with explorations of feminist and LGBTIQ+ resistance and counter mobilizations.
