Global Friends is an independent organization and a committee that is part of Medicinska Föreningen (MF). Our main purpose is to integrate Swedish and international students at KI and to make sure that all of you are having a wonderful time. We organize amazing events sponsored by the Karolinska Institute. We have for example visited Skansen, Gröna Lund, the museum of Vasa, hosted pub crawls, play
ed ten-pin bowling, etc. We try to make sure to create events with great diversity so that everyone feels included and we are always open for new ideas. Global Friends also has a “buddy” system, where we integrate Swedish and international students. This is a great way for international and Swedish students to make new friends and exchange experiences.
