Our newly launched Bachelor’s Programme in Environmental Engineering within Planetary Boundaries trains students to develop technical solutions that work – both locally and globally. 🌍⚙️

Today on 30 April, Swedes celebrate Walpurgis Night (or "Valborg") to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring 🌸

The day (and usually also the night) is filled with bonfires, singing, and outdoor fun to enjoy the longer days.

In Västerås one of the Valborg celebrations takes place at ”Anundshög”, our famous and historical site dating back 1200 years!
Imagine a bonfire being lit by vikings, it doesn’t get more Swedish than that, does it 🤩
