🧵 Give your clothes a second life!

Join our monthly mending evening! Get help repairing your clothes, learn new skills and meet other students.

🪡 We have sewing machines, needles, thread and materials on site. If you fancy something particular, please bring it yourself. We can also give you personal guidance and would love to create a community for knowledge sharing – meet others who want to give their clothes a longer life. 💡🌱

The event is open to all students – no prior knowledge required. 🙂 Come as you are, with your garments and your questions.

Monday, 19 October 2026
17:00–19:30
Textile Studio M1099A, M-Building

Bring your clothes and any special materials you need.

💬 Planning a bigger repair? Please contact us beforehand in the Mending WhatsApp group, which you can find within Klimatstudenterna’s WhatsApp community.

Thanks to the amazing collective effort of our volunteers, RePlace will be open with extended hours during the last week of May and the first week of June. Bring your unsold items to us so they can find a new home instead of going to waste 💙

🗓️ When: Weeks 22 (25–31 May) and 23 (1–6 June)

🕒 Opening hours:
• Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 15:00–18:00
• Saturdays: 10:00–14:00

Are you our next board member? 🤗

Save the date: On May 20th, from 17:00–18:30, Klimatstudenterna LNU Växjö will meet to review this year’s board activities and elect the next board. This is your chance to apply for a board position and help continue the work of our student association.

We are looking to fill three roles: President, Secretary, and Treasurer. You can apply by sending us a DM, emailing us, or joining one of our weekly meetings. Everyone is welcome to be part of Klimatstudenterna, so feel free to share this opportunity with friends and fellow students who might be interested.

Together, we can continue advocating for a more sustainable campus and world. We hope to see you there! 💚🌎
