Final call before we head to Alibaba headquarters in Hangzhou, China this June – for the “Alibaba Master Programme: Digitalising towards Business Success”

What makes this programme different is not just what you learn – but what you will get to see, experience, and bring back.

Over the past programme runs, participants have repeatedly told us the same thing:
👉 “We finally understood how AI / Digital Commerce / Digital Analytics supports or fits into our business...”
👉 “The live commerce exposure completely changed how we think about sales.”
👉 “It’s not classroom or theory – we left with ideas we can execute immediately.”

This is not a classroom of slides and theory. It is a live immersion into one of the world’s most advanced digital commerce ecosystems. In just one week, you will:
✅ Step inside Alibaba’s real commerce environment
✅ Learn directly from Alibaba-certified instructors (under its subsidiary, Lingyang)
✅ Decode how AI + data drive daily business decisions
✅ See how livestreaming converts engagement into revenue
✅ Witness firsthand product innovations
✅ Walk away with clear, actionable strategies

If you are still thinking about this - this is your opportunity.
Apply by: 22 June 2026 (limited slots remaining)
Programme commencement: 28 June 2026
Support: Up to 90% funding; SkillsFuture Credit, SFEC, WSS, UTAP eligible

When the topic of Sustainability comes up, it can sound daunting to many of us. But at SIRS, we believe that it just takes as little as everyone, everyday, to take one step, one action. It’s all about the collective value of individual efforts that can lead to the realisation of not just our environmental but economic and social Sustainability goals.

This is what our “Sustainability Everyday” Courses are about: giving our learners insights on how each of us can easily upcycle so many daily items we find around us into brand new products (that are beautiful and useful!) – and how these new products will benefit not just ourselves, but which can be turned into potential Sustainability-themed businesses that support the spirit of “buying green”.

From our hugely popular Course where learners transform pre-loved fabrics into fashionable items, our learners are now working on upcycling used beverage cartons into Plant Pots, and learning to “Go Green and Grow Green”!

And it doesn’t stop there: before you discard your beverage cartons next time, take a look at our photos here and see how our participants learn how to get creative making that amazing “Starpot”, learn critical Content Creation skills of taking attractive photos with just their mobile phone, and picking up Social and eCommerce tips and techniques for setting up their own Sustainability craft business including on and more.

What some of our learners are saying:
“A lot of tutorials online like on but can’t follow…”
“I want to take nice shots for my products for my business…”
“I want to learn a new skill…”
Join us, together with our partner, – a social enterprise that is committed to promoting environmental sustainability through innovative waste reduction; alongside developing today’s critical skillsets of Mobile Photography and eCommerce.

On 08 March 2025, hosted close to a 100 potential participants at our Open House for the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP). With the objective of being to support our workforce in elevating their employability, our SIRS Open House was joined by our employment placement support partner Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group).

Attendees benefitted from getting insights to our SCTP Programmes, namely the SCTP Diploma in “Retail (E-Commerce_Omni-Channel)” and in “Retail (Retail Operations)”.

SIRS’ SCTP Diploma in “Retail (E-Commerce_Omni-Channel)” focuses on key in-demand areas of digital commerce that includes AI, digital marketing, social and eCommerce that will open up a world of career opportunities in not just Retail but also other industries for our participants.

The SCTP Diploma in “Retail (Retail Operations)” on the other hand is especially valuable for retail employees in helping them to build their expertise that will give their Retail career a boost, and open doors to new opportunities.

To help interested participants ensure that they are able to leverage this opportunity to upskill themselves and enhance their career prospects, our SCTP Programmes are structured with the flexibility of Full-Time and Part-Time options. Businesses would also greatly benefit from this flexibility with their employees being able to enhance their skills and in turn amplify their contributions to the business.

SCTP Programmes are supported with up to $3,000 Training Allowance, up to 95% Training Fee funding support, and are eligible for offset with the $4,000 Mid-Career SkillsFuture Credit.

If you are thinking of a career change or for opportunities to enhance your career, the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a signficant step in the right direction. Our participants will also be eligible for employment placement support from our partner Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) upon completion of the Programme.

Staying relevant is an important element in enhancing our employability.
