The Master of Science in Precision Scientific Instrumentation programme is a postgraduate coursework-based programme on advanced technical instrumentation. It covers the principles and operation of physical sciences and high-tech manufacturing instruments. This postgraduate programme is suitable for recent graduates and working professionals in the semiconductor industry and other advanced manufacturing industries (non-volatile memory, photonics, etc.). Over 450 participants, 15 participating organisations and a full day of learning, networking and meaningful conversations!

Programme Structure｜Master the Tools of Tomorrow: MSc in Precision Scientific Instrumentation

The MSc in Precision Scientific Instrumentation (MSPSI) offers a flexible study pathway, with options for a 1-year full-time or 2-year part-time schedule across 3 trimesters per year. All classes are conducted on weekday evenings (6:30 PM–10 PM) or Saturdays at NTU’s main campus.

Total Credits: 30 AUs

Optional 23‑week Internship/Project: 6 AUs (within elective credits)
