The MSc. (SLP) programme will be organising two SkillsFuture short courses on "Effective Clinical Supervision Skills" this October 2022.

Allied Health Professionals will learn various techniques for developing clinical reasoning skills in their supervisees, giving effective feedback, using strategies for specific supervisory contexts, and managing potential issues arising from clinical education/ supervision. These topics will be grounded in research-based supervision/ assessment frameworks as well as real practice examples. The intermediate course will further dive into advanced themes such as developing skills for planning clinical education programmes and managing challenges related to the training of advanced clinical skills.
