This service aims to fill the gap in the provision of AFFORDABLE editorial services for Asian students who are faced with the expensive services offered on the internet websites and by academics from various universities in the region.
I have jointly guided five PhD students of Built Environment to thesis completion in University of Malaya from 2000 to 2014 and several Master’s and Undergraduate students in their theses, dissertations and elective reports in my 40 years career at the University of Malaya, National University of Singapore and the then University of Roorkee (Present day Indian Institute of Technology), Roorkee, India.

• The charges are at Malaysian 2.5 cents per word. You need to pay,
*75% payment when you send the documents and
*25% on notification before delivery of the corrected manuscript.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK
Please submit your document in MS WORD format with your surname as the file name. If you do not have a surname, you can use your full name. If you send multiple documents please name it as doc1, doc2, doc3 etc., Example: if your surname is Chong, then the file names are Chong1, Chong2 and so on.
I can accept WORD documents only.(*.docx)
Please use the following format,
Margins: 25 mm all-round,
Font: Preferably Arial, Size: 12 and Double spacing,
SI units of measurement preferred.
Also, please specify language to be used: English (UK) or English (US), referencing style adopted and any other special requirements.

Work Flow
The document will be edited using the TRACKING feature in WORD. You will be sent the document with the tracking enabled, for you to respond to the editor’s comments. After the article is refined, the work will be returned to you by e-mail.
Once you receive the document, open it in MS WORD.
Then,
Select the “Review” button on the main menu.
Click on the dropdown box that says “Simple Markup”
Select “All Markup” from the options. You can see the corrections made during the editing.
Now, select the “Review” button on the main menu.
Select either “ACCEPT”
‘All changes in the document’. This will hide all the highlighting, or
‘Accept and move to next’, to review one by one.
To see the editor’s comments: right-click bubble in the sidebar. ‘Delete comment’ after reviewing each comment.
