This Mid-Autumn Festival, our alumni went full detective mode. 🕵🏮🌕✨

Armed with clues, they ventured out to the Chinese Garden, uncovering five photo worthy locations along the way. Between collecting stamps and picking up bits of Mid-Autumn Festival trivia, it was a day full of discovery. The first 10 alumni who completed the challenges scored prizes! 🏆

In case you missed it, here’s everything that went down at Experience Day @ SPGG. 🎪✨

Pickleball courts were buzzing with friendly competition, archery had first timers giving it their best shot, and the bouncy castle had kids (and maybe a few adults) bouncing with excitement. Game booths, goodie bags, carnival snacks, and even a massage station kept everyone relaxed and recharged, before settling in for a lunch buffet. 🍽️

Our alumni, along with their families and friends made the most of the day at SPGG. 🙌

Some paths don’t come with a handbook. You have to write your own. 

As a first-generation graduate, curiosity and resourcefulness helped her navigate her journey at SUSS. By asking the right questions along the way, she forged her own path. 

This path wasn’t an easy one. It meant waking up at 4am, juggling two jobs and attending classes at night. But along the way, she picked up new skills, built resilience and learned the power of consistency. This training led her to her current role as a Research Editor.

3 lessons Vimel still carries with him, years into his career. 👔🫶

Vimel is the Director of Corporate Services and Development Group at SHINE, and a Master of Social Work graduate from SUSS. He pays forward the support he once received by championing the youths in his care – as he has done for years.
