Please join Waterloo alumni, students and partners on Monday, February 23 for the Global Futures in Focus reception, where you can meet with University leaders and discover Waterloo’s bold vision to address the most pressing challenges facing humanity and the planet.

The event will include a fireside chat led by Dr. Jagdeep Singh Bachher (BASc ’93, MASc ’94, PhD ’00), chancellor of Waterloo. Attendees will also have the chance to meet with Waterloo leaders at a reception, including the president and faculty deans.

It was an awesome night out at Chimi’s Somerset! 🎉 Great turnout, good vibes, and we loved seeing some fresh faces in the mix.

A fun bonus- Queen’s U was having their alumni event at the same spot, so we got the chance for even more mingling.

Big thanks to everyone who came by—can’t wait to do it again soon!

It was a great event this weekend at the Asian Civilisations Museum! We hope everyone enjoyed exploring the museum and spending time with fellow alumni, family, and friends. We look forward to the next alumni gathering!

Join the UWaterloo Singapore Chapter for a morning of myths, traditions and artifacts at the Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) on Saturday, September 28! Family and friends welcome!

ACM is the only museum in the region devoted to exploring the artistic heritage of Asia, especially the ancestral cultures of Singaporeans.

Join us at Privé ACM (located inside the museum) at 9 a.m. for coffee and snacks. Then explore the museum at your own pace with your friends and family at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome!

It was a great evening at this week's cross-Canadian university mixer, with alumni from UW, McGill, UBC, and UofT! Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a vibrant and successful event. 🌟

🌟 A Day of Impact with UWaterloo Alumni Singapore! 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible UWaterloo students on exchange/co-op and alumni in Singapore for a meaningful day at Willing Hearts soup kitchen today! 🍲

Highlights of the day included chopping, peeling, preparing veggies like pros and even stirring up some flavorful curry.🥕🥔🌶️ We were able to contribute to Willing Hearts’ mission of feeding those in need in Singapore (~ 7000 meals daily!)

Wishing the students all the best during your time in Singapore. The alumni community here is open to connecting, and we hope to see you again at a later event!
