第24届大专文学奖以“南育英才，墨润星洲”为主题，开始征稿啦！

在过去并不风平浪静的一年，你的生活是否熠熠生辉，是否多了些新的感悟？

期待你以文字的形式，与我们相约！

今年开设小说/散文/现代诗/汉诗/三行诗/“新”秀奖，六个不同组别，不限主题。

最高单项奖金$800，总奖金$10550，跨组别奖项兼获兼得。

作品要求
小说 – 15000 字以内，无字数下限
散文 – 5000 字以内，无字数下限
现代诗 – 字数不限, 行数 100 行内。请以长诗或组诗的形式呈现
汉诗 – 格律诗词，词牌不限。需注意符合格律
三行诗 – 行数为 3 行 (30字及以内)
“新”秀 – 根据照片进行题材不限的文学创作。参赛选手自行拍摄照片，投稿时需同时提交照片及与之相关的原创文学创作。诗歌60 行以内，其他体裁 800 字以上。

参赛资格
就读于新加坡大专学府（Tertiary Institutions），包括大学、理工学院及初级学院等的全职或兼职学生皆可参赛。

“新”秀仅限新加坡公民（不含永久居民）参加。

征稿日期
即日起至 2022 年 5 月 31 日
参赛者必须在规定的截稿日期之前按照要求投稿。晚于截稿日期投稿、或者不符合要求的投稿均视为无效投稿。

评分标准
针对不同组别，我们将邀请到当地高校教授与学者对作品进行评审。取所有评委打分的平均分为最终分数，按最终分数排名依次评出各类别首奖、次奖、三奖、佳作奖（若干名）。

参赛作品要求细则
a) 参赛者可以自拟题目。
b) 作品必须是未曾公开发表的原创作品。如有发现抄袭其它作品，将取消本届参赛格。
c) 文章内容不可涉及政治, 种族以及宗教等敏感话题。
d) 如果我们收到多份相同文章的稿件，我们将以最晚上传的那份为准。
e) 同一参赛者最多可以参加三个组别，在每组的参赛作品数量最多 10 篇，但同一篇作品只可以选择一个组别投稿。每组授予同一个人最多一个奖项。同一组内如果有多篇作品入选，以最高奖项为有效。

3) 稿件内请勿包含任何个人信息，所有个人信息请以邮件正文形式发送。邮件正文须包括:

8.16日晚，中文学会通过zoom在线上召开了常年大会及其迎新会，我们向大家汇报了文娱组，特别活动组以及财政组去年一年的工作情况, 中文学会的基本结构以及工作组的工作职责。除此之外，还介绍了大家最为感兴趣由文娱组、特别活动组包含的各种精彩的活动。感谢大家仍“到场”支持，线上参加，感谢大家的配合！

On 8.16, AGM &Welcome Tea was held successfully by NTUCS via zoom. During AGM, we introduced the yearly reports for Culture Groups, Special Projects and Financial Group and the structure of Chinese Society and the basic duties of Supporting Groups. Additionally, we also introduced the activities held by our Cultural Groups and Special Projects. We would like to thank everyone for coming and continue supporting us.
For those who is unable to join the AGM &Welcome Tea yesterday, here are some important tips for you to know:

20/21特别活动回顾之五：

工行杯-亚太大专华语辩论公开赛（简称：亚太辩）是为今辩坛史上最为悠久的华语大专辩论赛之一。亚太辩是由南洋理工大学中文学会的会员所主办的常年活动之一，每届都会吸引来自世界各地，志趣相投的辩手齐聚亚太辩一同决一高下。
如今，工行杯-第十届亚太辩卷土重来，无畏疫情阻拦再次将巅峰舌战呈现在大众眼前。一场场不分伯仲的“唇枪舌战”和辩手们之间激烈的化学反应必为此次的亚太辩碰撞出非凡的火花！今年，作为亚太辩的特别企划，筹委们初采取一会两赛制，特别邀请了八队曾参与亚太辩的赛友重新回到赛场，与曾经的对手们再次并肩，与曾经的对手们再次争锋。
亚太廿载，一会两赛。全新的赛制，古今无一的网络辩论，带给观众绝妙的视觉、听觉与脑力的三重享宴。工行杯-第十届亚太辩总为期14天，于2021年7月10日开始至2021年7月24日结束。本届亚太辩共有82支队伍参与报名，经过激烈的电子抽签筛选出36支队伍入围。这36支队伍于7月10日至24日展开激烈的唇枪舌战，最终由首次参赛的华南理工大学夺得冠军宝座，并由该校的赖香君女士夺取全场最佳辩手的殊荣。想知道网辩是怎样的体验吗？点击链接观看比赛录像吧！

ICBC Cup - Asia-Pacific Intervarsity Chinese Debate Tournament (APICDT) is one of the most historic Chinese college debate tournament all around the world. The APICDT is a perennial event organized by the members of the Chinese Society of Nanyang Technological University. For 20 years, APICDT has attracted like-minded and talented debaters from all over the world to fight for the championship.
This year, the ICBC Cup - 10th APICDT is back again. Despite the challenge of the pandemic, APICDT is still here to present the beauty of Chinese debate to all of you. Incredible debates between these talented and passionate debaters enhanced the viewing of the tournament. Besides, as a special project of the 10th APICDT, the main committee adopted a “two-in-one tournament” system. 8 teams of former debaters, who had participated in APICDT, return to the field to collaborate, and also compete with each other.
With a whole new competition system, one and only online debate, the audience will be filled with a wonderful triple feast of vision, hearing and brain. The ICBC Cup - 10th APICDT was held for 14 days, starting on July 10, 2021, and ending on July 24, 2021. A total of 82 teams signed-up for the tournament, and 36 teams were selected eventually with a competitive online lottery. These 36 teams launched a wonderful and interesting battle. In the end, South China University of Technology, which participated for the first time, won the championship, and Ms. Lai Xiangjun of the school won the honor of best debater.
