We were delighted to host undergraduate students and faculty members from Tongji University for a full day of academic exchange, interactive sharing, and campus exploration.

The visit featured an engaging programme that included:
🧠 Ice-breaker games
🔬 Research presentations by our PhD researchers on sustainable construction materials and modular construction connections
🧪 Exclusive lab tours at the CTPE, Chem-Analytics, and Gallery Laboratories
🏛 A guided campus tour of iconic landmarks, including the UOB Innovation Hub, Wee Cho Yaw Plaza, and Yunnan Garden

We were happy to host undergraduate students and faculty from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for a day of academic exchange and campus exploration.

The visit featured an insightful research-sharing session with our faculty and PhD researchers showcasing cutting-edge innovations in:
🔬 Advanced ultrasonic technologies for infrastructure monitoring
🚦 Driver behaviour and traffic congestion mitigation
🌱 Sustainable construction materials
🏗 Novel modular construction connections

Our students had the unique opportunity to step onto a live construction site and learn how innovative, sustainable engineering and site safety practices are brought to life. 👷‍♂️🌱🛠
