NUS Nam Wah Pai Self-Defence

NUS Nam Wah Pai Self-Defence We are a Chinese martial arts association that was founded in Singapore in 1964. We focus more on practical components instead of display components.

Our curriculum includes basic punching and kicking, pattern, qi gong, self-defense, and free sparring.
