FASStrack Asia offers a variety of courses in various areas of study in Asian Studies and Social Sciences for 5 weeks over summer from June to July each year. Some of the modules also offer a 1-week field trip to a country in Asia so participants get to learn outside of the classroom through a real-life experience and understanding of the course themselves. Classes aside, FASStrack Asia also offer

s various fringe activities in the program so students get to interact with students from NUS and universities around the world, as well as explore Singapore during their summer stay.

Interested to find out more about Singapore and the Chinese culture?

FASStrack 2022 presents to you a Chinatown Walking Tour, at one of Singapore’s largest heritage districts filled with architectural gems and cultural treasures. Join us on a unique, interactive journey as we walk through the streets and learn about the lives of the early Chinese immigrants there!

Looking for an enriching summer semester? Look no further!

We are pleased to announce that FASStrack Asia: the Summer School will be an online/hybrid summer programme from 20 June to 15 July 2022 (first 4 weeks of Special Term 2).

Application is now open till 30 April 2022

Highlights of FASStrack:
1. Attend online/hybrid classes with local & international students!
2. Open to all students - No prerequisites for all modules!
3. Ten NUS-coded 4MC modules to fulfill your major / UE!
4. No module mapping or credit transfer required!
5. 100% Continuous Assessments with no final examinations!

Join us for a podcast featuring LKCNHM’s conservator Kate Pocklington and her restoration work, a video segment on avian taxidermy as well as a fossil specimen showcase live on camera.
