ML workshop series! 🎉🆓

The expanding scale and complexity of biological data have encouraged a growing use of machine learning in biology. All machine learning techniques fit models to data; however, the specific methods are quite varied and can seem scary to beginners.

In partnership with SBS Biohackathon, we have organised a Machine Learning Workshop series, aiming to provide students with a gentle introduction to machine learning techniques. We describe how different techniques may be suited to specific types of biological data, and also discuss some best practices and points to consider when one is embarking on experiments involving machine learning.

Interested? Come join us and learn some ML under the guidance of our cool Instructors - Nhi & Kai Xiang! These will also be our last 2 workshops for this semester, so don't miss it! 👨🏻‍💻👩🏽‍💻
