When your classroom for the day is one of the world's largest and most advanced port operations.
As part of the NUS Business School Summer Programme 2026, participants had the opportunity to visit PSA Singapore, where they gained first-hand insights into the world's leading port operator and its vision for the future of global trade.
The visit gave students the chance to engage with PSA, offered a closer look at the scale and complexity behind keeping global supply chains moving. Students explored how technology, automation, and sustainability are transforming port operations, while discovering how long-term planning has strengthened Singapore's position as a global logistics hub. Tuas Port reflects PSA's commitment to turning bold ambition into reality through innovation, forward thinking, and perseverance.
💡 Fun fact: Did you know that Tuas Port, when fully completed, will span an area equivalent to nearly 3,300 football fields? As the world's largest fully automated container terminal, it is a testament to Singapore's bold vision and forward planning for the future of global trade.
A huge thank you to the PSA team for the warm hospitality and insightful sharing. Our summer programme students definitely left inspired by Singapore's innovative approach to infrastructure, logistics, and sustainable development.
