To understand each other, in my discussion on the Presidential election, let me start with a question that I think is almost impossible.

Imagine if on the day of the presidential election, all other candidates would lose one candidate without going through the first round. And that candidate has no rivals!

In your opinion, will that candidate become President without a vote?

The answer we cooperate with the Constitution.

The constitution stipulates that the candidate for the presidency in the first round shall be a two-thirds majority of the members of both Houses of Parliament.

In the second round, two-thirds of the total members of both Houses of Parliament will be elected President.

In the third round, the President wins the majority of the votes in both Houses of Parliament, which means one more vote.

The word "compromise" does not appear anywhere in the constitution.

So the candidate did not enter any of the three rounds, nor did he meet any of the requirements.

Let me get to the heart of the matter.

My argument is that it is the result of the second round.

As in 2017, if one of the two candidates who advanced to the third round resigns without a vote, I think it would be appropriate for the remaining candidate to vote alone to bring his victory in line with the Constitution.

Even if one vote is cast, no candidate can compete and thus meet the requirement of the third round to receive one more vote.

If that is the case, we will avoid legal disputes that may arise.
