Every bottle thrown on the street can end up somewhere it was never meant to be.

Keep your plastic waste with you until you find a proper bin. Carry a reusable bottle when you can. Keep plastic out of drains, especially during the rainy season, when waste can be carried into waterways.

The Nile is part of everyday life in Juba. It provides water, supports fishing and sustains livelihoods.

Protecting it does not start somewhere far away. It starts with how we handle one bottle, one bag and one piece of plastic.

Keep Juba clean. Keep plastic out of the Nile.

Breaking News

Administration restricted Over 500 students from 2nd year, 3rd, and 4th year in Department of Nursing not to attended lectures until the release of the supplementary results.

The reporter said it has been 8 weeks in the University campus while some of our students didn't make it especially those people of upgrading, students who sit for supplementary exams and many others.

According to reporter he says coursework are already done while others still at home 🏡.

This is a notice from Upper Nile University, Deanship of Students’ Affairs, Malakal/Juba Campus dated June 12th, 2026.

Main point: After faculty registration, all students must go to the Deanship of Students’ Affairs - Dept of Student ID & General Supervision to get your university ID card.

What to bring/pay for 2026/2027 Academic Year:

1. Proof of payment: KCB bank receipt or transaction paper
2. Payment order form from the Registrar’s office

Compulsory fees:
Half of Annual Tuition - depends on your faculty/center admission type
University Development Fund: 400,000 SSP
Registration Fees: 50,000 SSP
Student ID Card Fees: 25,000 SSP
Half of Exam Fees: 30,000 SSP
Students’ Union Fees: 10,000 SSP
1 passport photo + ID card form from the office

Result: Once you submit all the above, you’ll be registered as a student and get an ID card valid for 1 academic year.
