คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เยือนมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของประเทศญี่ปุ่น เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและขับเคลื่อนสู่ความเป็นนานาชาติ
รองศาสตราจารย์วนิดา แสงสารพันธ์ คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินทางเยือนสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำด้านกฎหมายของประเทศญี่ปุ่น ระหว่างวันที่ 10–13 พฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อประชุมหารือและพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติ ณ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยโอซากะกาคุอิน (Faculty of Law, Osaka Gakuin University) และ Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE), Nagoya University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
การเดินทางในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ ตลอดจนกำหนดแนวทางความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างสถาบัน อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษากฎหมาย การพัฒนางานวิจัย และการเสริมสร้างการเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมของสังคม ทั้งในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับนานาชาติ
ในการเยือน Faculty of Law, Osaka Gakuin University ได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Dr. Yasuhiro Shigeta คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัย ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมประชุมหารืออย่างอบอุ่น ขณะที่การประชุม ณ Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE), Nagoya University ได้รับการต้อนรับจาก Professor Masako Murakami ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ และ Assistant Professor Emi Makino รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยและการศึกษา ศูนย์กฎหมายญี่ปุ่น (Research & Education Center for Japanese Law)
สาระสำคัญของการหารือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการบริหารจัดการด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการ ซึ่งเป็นจุดเด่นของแต่ละสถาบัน พร้อมทั้งร่วมกันกำหนดกรอบความร่วมมือในประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่
• การพัฒนาโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ระยะสั้น ภายใต้ระบบการศึกษาที่มีความยืดหยุ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในระดับนานาชาติ
• การพัฒนาหลักสูตรระยะสั้นและหลักสูตร Micro-Credential ร่วมกัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะทางวิชาชีพและสมรรถนะสากล
• การจัดทำโครงการวิจัยร่วมด้านกฎหมายเปรียบเทียบ นโยบายสาธารณะ ความยุติธรรมทางสังคม และกฎหมายกับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
• การสร้างเครือข่ายด้าน Clinical Legal Education (CLE) และการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนักกฎหมายรุ่นใหม่ในบริบทเอเชีย
• ความร่วมมือด้านการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือก (ADR) และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีกฎหมาย (LegalTech) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมอย่างทั่วถึงและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• การพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ภายใต้แนวคิด “Law as a Tool” และ “Law in Action” เพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อชุมชนและสังคม
• การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายวิชาการระดับภูมิภาคในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง และการขยายความร่วมมือทางกฎหมายในระดับเอเชีย
การหารือในครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการออกแบบความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในอนาคต ครอบคลุมทั้งในระดับหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ระดับองค์กร และระดับยุทธศาสตร์ โดยมุ่งสนับสนุนเป้าหมายของคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการพัฒนาไปสู่ศูนย์กลางทางกฎหมายระดับภูมิภาค พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนแนวคิด “Law for All” และเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน

Khon Kaen University Faculty of Law Visits Leading Universities in Japan to Strengthen Academic Collaboration and Advance Internationalization
Associate Professor Wanida Sangsarapun, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University, visited leading legal education institutions in Japan from 10 to 13 May 2026 to engage in academic discussions and foster international collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Osaka Gakuin University and the Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE), Nagoya University, Japan.
The visit aimed to exchange academic knowledge and establish strategic directions for institutional collaboration, thereby enhancing the quality of legal education, advancing research initiatives, and strengthening access to justice at both regional and international levels.
During the visit to the Faculty of Law at Osaka Gakuin University, the delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Yasuhiro Shigeta, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and members of the university’s executive administration. At the Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE), Nagoya University, the delegation was received by Professor Masako Murakami, Director of CALE, and Assistant Professor Emi Makino, Vice Director of Research and Education at the Research & Education Center for Japanese Law.
The strategic discussions focused on the exchange of best practices in legal education management, research development, and academic services, which represent the distinctive strengths of each institution. The discussions also explored frameworks for future collaboration in several key areas, including:
• The development of short-term student and faculty exchange programs under flexible academic systems to promote international learning experiences;
• The joint development of short-term academic programs and Micro-Credential courses to enhance professional competencies and global skills;
• Collaborative research projects in comparative law, public policy, social justice, and law and sustainable development;
• The establishment of networks in Clinical Legal Education (CLE) and experiential learning to strengthen the capacity of future legal professionals in the Asian context;
• Cooperation in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the application of Legal Technology (LegalTech) to promote broader and more effective access to justice;
• The enhancement of academic service collaborations under the concepts of “Law as a Tool” and “Law in Action” to create positive impacts on communities and society; and
• The expansion of regional academic networks within the Greater Mekong Subregion and the promotion of legal collaboration across Asia.
This visit marks an important milestone toward developing concrete institutional cooperation in the future, encompassing curriculum development, organizational collaboration, and strategic partnerships. The initiative also supports the Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University’s aspiration to become a regional legal hub while advancing the concept of “Law for All,” contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strengthening international academic networks sustainably.
