📍MCU Department of Foreign Languages Organizes "English Grammar" English Skills Enhancement Program for the 2026 Academic Year

🗓️For the 2026 academic year, the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, organizes the "English Grammar" English skills enhancement program at the Combined Classroom Building, 2nd Floor, Room 204. The program aimed to promote and develop the practical English communication potential of students and personnel, ultimately leading to sustainable development.

📝During the event, activities focused on teaching and practicing English grammar were scheduled every Monday from 12.00 to 12.45 hrs. The program is expertly led by Ajhan Suwit Saewram and Dr. Nikorn Phonyiam, lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages, who serve as the guest speakers. This initiative brings people together to share knowledge and build a strong foundation in effective English grammar.

📝In this regard, Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, supported the program to continuously develop students' potential and equip them with essential foreign language skills effectively.

🗓️ในปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๙ ภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย จัดโครงการอบรมเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษภายใต้หัวข้อ "English Grammar"
ณ อาคารเรียนรวม ชั้น ๒ ห้อง ๒๐๔ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมและเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในชีวิตประจำวันให้แก่นิสิตและบุคลากรอันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

📝กิจกรรมภายในโครงการเป็นการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการฝึกปฏิบัติทักษะไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในทุกจันทร์ เวลา ๑๒.๐๐ - ๑๒.๔๕ น. โดยมี อาจารย์ สุวิทย์ แซวรัมย์ และ ดร. นิกร พลเยี่ยม อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และสร้างความเข้าใจในไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

📝ในการนี้ พระมหาสมชาย กิตฺติปญฺโญ, ดร. หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ได้ให้การสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าว เพื่อสนับสนุนและเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของนิสิตให้มีความก้าวหน้าและมีความพร้อมด้านทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศสืบไป

📍Department of Foreign Languages, MCU Participates in the Curriculum Development Workshop on Educational Standards

🗓️On 14–15 August 2026, the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) participated in the Workshop on Curriculum Development in Accordance with Educational Standards, held in Room A206, 2nd Floor, Central Classroom Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The workshop was organized to enhance the knowledge and competencies of faculty members and curriculum developers in designing and improving academic programs in accordance with national higher education standards and quality assurance requirements.

📝On this occasion, Ven. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phrakru Phattharadhammabandit, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, assigned Ven. Asst. Prof. Dr. Phramaha Suthep Sutdhiyano, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, to preside over the opening ceremony.

📝Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, together with faculty members of the Department, attended the workshop to exchange academic experiences and strengthen curriculum development in line with national educational standards. The workshop featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Akkarapon Nuemaihom, Buriram Rajabhat University, and Dr. Pisutpong Endoo, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan SURIN Campus, as keynote speakers, who shared their expertise and practical experience in curriculum development.

🗓️ระหว่างวันที่ ๑๔–๑๕ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ ภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมโครงการประชุมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการศึกษา” ณ อาคารเรียนรวม ชั้น ๒ ห้อง A206 มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย อำเภอวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

📝โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณาจารย์และผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยได้รับความเมตตาจาก พระครูภัทรธรรมบัณฑิต, รศ.ดร. คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มอบหมายให้ พระมหาสุเทพ สุทฺธิญาโณ, ผศ.ดร. รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมสัมมนา

📝ในการนี้ พระมหาสมชาย กิตฺติปญฺโญ, ดร. หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ของภาควิชา ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนาเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีคุณภาพ สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการศึกษาระดับชาติและแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อัครพนท์ เนื้อไม้หอม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ และ ดร.พิสุทธิ์พงศ์ เอ็นดู มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตสุรินทร์ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์เชิงวิชาการ

📍Department of Foreign Languages, MCU Joins Samīcikamma Ceremony and Celebrates Student's First Prize

🗓️On Friday, 14 August 2026, from 1:00–3:30 p.m., the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) participated in the Samīcikamma Ceremony held in observance of the Buddhist Lent season for the 2026 academic year at the 48th Anniversary Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The ceremony was graciously presided over by Most Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmawatcharatheeracharn, Rector of MCU.
The ceremony was organized to express gratitude and respect toward the University's senior administrators and teachers, while preserving the University's cherished traditions and fostering the values of respect, gratitude, and moral cultivation among students and staff.

📝On this occasion, Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, together with faculty members of the Department, attended the ceremony and offered encouragement to their students. The Department also proudly congratulated Phra Khanaruj Indavīro (Chanbangsaphan), a third-year English Program student in the Faculty of Humanities, who was awarded First Prize in the Wai Khru Tray Arrangement Competition, bringing honor and pride to both the Department and the University.

📝The event reflected MCU's commitment to preserving Thai Buddhist traditions, cultivating gratitude toward teachers, and promoting moral values alongside academic excellence.

🗓️วันศุกร์ที่ 14 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 13.00–15.30 น. ภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมพิธีทำสามีจิกรรมผู้บริหารระดับสูง เนื่องในเทศกาลเข้าพรรษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ณ อาคาร มวก. 48 พรรษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย อำเภอวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมี พระพรหมวัชรธีราจารย์, ศ.ดร. อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เมตตาเป็นประธานในพิธี

📝ในการนี้ พระมหาสมชาย กิตฺติปญฺโญ, ดร. หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีและร่วมให้กำลังใจนิสิตของภาควิชา โดย พระฆนรุจ อินทวีโร (จันบางสะพาน) นิสิตหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ (English Program) ชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ สามารถคว้า รางวัลชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 การประกวดพานไหว้ครู สร้างความภาคภูมิใจแก่ภาควิชาและมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

📍Department of Foreign Languages, MCU Joins Royal Merit - Making Chanting Ceremony in Honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit

🗓️On Tuesday, 11 August 2026, at 12:30 p.m., Most Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmawatcharatheeracharn, Rector of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, presided over the Royal Buddhist Chanting Ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, in celebration of Her Majesty's Birthday Anniversary and Thailand's National Mother's Day, held on the second floor of the Vipassana Dhura Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

📝On this occasion, Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, together with faculty members of the department, participated in the ceremony to express loyalty, pay tribute to Her Majesty's benevolence, and join in offering blessings while upholding Thailand's cherished Buddhist and cultural traditions.

🗓️On 9–10 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m., Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, together with faculty members of the department, participated in the Opening Ceremony of the Mahachulalongkorn- rajavidyalaya University Faculty Orientation Program for the Academic Year 2026, held for both central and regional campus lecturers at the 48th Anniversary Building, MCU, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

📝On this occasion, Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo was appointed to serve as the English Master of Ceremonies throughout the two-day program, facilitating bilingual communication and contributing to the successful organization of the event while supporting the University's international engagement.

📍Lao Student Association Pays Respect to the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages During the Buddhist Lent Season

🗓️On 7 August 2026, the Lao Student Association of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University paid a formal visit to perform the traditional Samakamma (ceremony of asking forgiveness and paying respect) before Dr. Phra Maha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, on the occasion of the Buddhist Lent season.

📝During the ceremony, the students received blessings and valuable guidance on academic life, personal conduct, and Buddhist moral values. The activity strengthened the bond between lecturers and students while preserving the Buddhist tradition of gratitude, respect, and reconciliation during the Buddhist Lent period.

🗓️เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ชมรมนิสิตลาว มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ได้เข้าทำพิธีสามีจิกรรมต่อ พระมหาสมชาย กิตฺติปญฺโญ, ดร. หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ เพื่อแสดงความเคารพ ขอขมา และสืบสานขนบธรรมเนียมอันดีงามของพระพุทธศาสนา เนื่องในโอกาสเทศกาลเข้าพรรษา

📍Department of Foreign Languages, MCU Participates in the Opening Ceremony of the “Dharmanava Wang” Training Program for Central Region Dhamma Teachers

🗓️On 5 August 2026, Chao Khun Phra Sineenat Bilaskalayani presided over the opening ceremony of the “Pathway to Awakening through Dharmanava Wang” Training Program for Buddhist Dhamma teachers in Thailand’s Central Region at the 48th Anniversary Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. More than 4,000 monk teachers attended the program.

📝On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Surapol Suyaprom, Vice-Rector for General Affairs, delivered the project report, after which the chairperson officially opened the training and offered words of encouragement to the participants. The program aims to enhance the knowledge and teaching capacity of Buddhist monk teachers in applying the Dharmanava Wang approach for the benefit of youth and society.

📝Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, together with the department's administrators, faculty members, and staff, also participated in the opening ceremony and training activities in support of strengthening Buddhist education and Dhamma propagation.

📍ภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มจร ร่วมพิธีเปิดโครงการอบรม “ปูทางสู่การตื่นรู้ธรรมนาวา ‘วัง’ ” เสริมศักยภาพพระสอนศีลธรรมภาคกลาง

🗓️เมื่อวันพุธที่ 5 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. เจ้าคุณพระสินีนาถ พิลาสกัลยาณี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการอบรม “ปูทางสู่การตื่นรู้ธรรมนาวา ‘วัง’ (ภาคพระสอนศีลธรรม ภาคกลาง)” ณ อาคาร มวก. 48 พรรษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย อำเภอวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีพระสอนศีลธรรมจากพื้นที่ภาคกลางเข้าร่วมอบรมกว่า 4,000 รูป

📝ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรพล สุยะพรหม รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการทั่วไป มจร กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ก่อนที่ประธานในพิธีจะกล่าวเปิดการอบรมและให้โอวาทเพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจแก่พระสอนศีลธรรมผู้เข้ารับการอบรม โดยโครงการมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพพระสอนศีลธรรมให้สามารถนำหลักธรรมตามแนวทาง “ธรรมนาวา วัง” ไปเผยแผ่แก่เยาวชนและประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

📍Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, MCU Extends Congratulations on the 66th Birthday Anniversary of the Vice-Rector for General Affairs

🗓️On 3 August 2026, Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), together with the department's administrators, faculty members, and staff, attended a congratulatory ceremony in honor of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suraphon Suyaphrom, Vice-Rector for General Affairs, on the auspicious occasion of his 66th birthday anniversary.

📝During the ceremony, participants respectfully expressed their appreciation and best wishes, praying for his good health, happiness, longevity, and continued success in serving the University and promoting Buddhist education. The event was held at the Phra Ratcharatnamoli (Nakhon Khemapali) Building, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

📍Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, MCU Joins Monthly Chanting and Meditation Ceremony for August 2026

🗓️On Monday, 3 August 2026, at 9:00 a.m., Dr. Phramaha Somchai Kittipanyo, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalong- kornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), together with faculty members and staff, participated in the University's monthly Buddhist chanting and meditation ceremony for August 2026 before the commencement of official duties.

📝The ceremony was presided over by Most Venerable Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmwatcharathiracharn, Rector of MCU, who led university executives, lecturers, staff, and students in chanting and meditation. The monthly activity aims to cultivate mindfulness, strengthen moral values, promote unity within the university community, and encourage participants to begin their work with wisdom, compassion, and inner peace.
The ceremony was held at the Vipassanā Affairs Building (Somdet Phra Phutthajarn Aj Asabha Mahāthera Building), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Lam Sai Subdistrict, Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

🗓️วันจันทร์ที่ 3 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. พระมหาสมชาย กิตฺติปญฺโญ, ดร. หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และบุคลากรของภาควิชา เข้าร่วมพิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และเจริญจิตภาวนาเพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล ประจำเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 ก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน

📝พิธีดังกล่าวได้รับความเมตตาจาก พระพรหมวัชรธีราจารย์, ศ.ดร. อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เป็นประธานนำผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนิสิต ร่วมเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และนั่งสมาธิ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเป็นสิริมงคล ความสามัคคี และปลูกฝังคุณธรรมตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา อันเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิตและการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีสติและประสิทธิภาพ
