IMPORTANT UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

To all scholarship recipients, please be advised of the following mandatory procedure:

You must record your scholarship hours on AU Spark (without uploading the scanned documents) before submitting your documents at SM116. This must be done EVERY TIME without exception.

Failure to record hours correctly will result in the Scholarship Office being unable to approve your hours. Consequently, students will be responsible for paying their own tuition fees for the semester.

Please note that reminders will no longer be sent via MS Teams. Students are responsible for keeping track of their own deadlines and requirements.

Name list of Scholarship Students for the Unveiling Ceremony of the Cultural Technology and Social Innovation Lab

***Students must enter the Line group through the QR code provided in the announcement for the pre-event briefing.
***Students must gather at Wiset Sri Samut room, CL building at 09:00-12:00 on 15 January for the pre-event briefing.

Assumption University of Thailand, in collaboration with Peking University, is recruiting scholarship students to support the Unveiling Ceremony of the Cultural Technology and Social Innovation Lab, jointly established by Assumption University of Thailand and Peking University.

Event Details
• Date: Saturday, 17 January 2026
• Time: 13:00–21:00
• Venue: St. Raphael’s Hall, SR101

Scholarship Details
• Participants will receive 10 scholarship hours
• 15 positions are available
• This opportunity is open to students who are proficient in Chinese only

Remarks
• A pre-event briefing will be arranged prior to the event. Further details will be announced after the selection of participants.
• Students who register but fail to attend the event will be penalized with double the number of scholarship hours awarded.

Remark: - Student can submit their working record at SM116 gate 5
- 120 scholarship hours are required for 651###x - 681###x those who would like to register in semester 3/2025 and 1/2026. (At least 10 working hours per semester in the university)
- 90 scholarship hours are required for 682###x those who would like to register in semester 3/2025 and 1/2026. (At least 10 working hours per semester in the university)
- 60 scholarship hours are required for 683###x those who would like to register in semester 3/2025 and 1/2026. (At least 10 working hours per semester in the university)
- 30 scholarship hours are required for 684###x those who would like to register in semester 3/2025 and 1/2026. (At least 10 working hours per semester in the university)

❗❗ประกาศสำหรับนักศึกษาที่จะใช้ทุนลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 จะต้องส่งชั่วโมงทำงานทุน ภายในวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นี้เท่านั้น และนักศึกษาทุนสามารถเช็คชั่วโมงทำงานทุนที่แอปพลิเคชัน AU Spark
หมายเหตุ : - นักศึกษาสามารถส่งงานได้ที่ SM116 ประตู 5
- สำหรับนักศึกษารหัส 651###x - 681###x ที่จะใช้ทุนลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ต้องมีชั่วโมงทำงานทุน 120 ชั่วโมง (โดยต้องมีงานในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ชั่วโมงต่อภาคเรียน)
- สำหรับนักศึกษารหัส 682###x ที่จะใช้ทุนลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ต้องมีชั่วโมงทำงานทุน 90 ชั่วโมง (โดยต้องมีงานในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ชั่วโมงต่อภาคเรียน)
- สำหรับนักศึกษารหัส 683###x ที่จะใช้ทุนลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ต้องมีชั่วโมงทำงานทุน 60 ชั่วโมง (โดยต้องมีงานในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ชั่วโมงต่อภาคเรียน)
- สำหรับนักศึกษารหัส 684###x ที่จะใช้ทุนลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ต้องมีชั่วโมงทำงานทุน 30 ชั่วโมง (โดยต้องมีงานในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ชั่วโมงต่อภาคเรียน)
