We have been supporting you on this page since pre-registration feature was introduced in AU SPARK back in 2015. Two and a half year might not be a long time but long enough for most of us first and second generation of AU SPARK team to graduate. At this moment, we believe that our app is stable enough for pre-registration and related features. Most of the time, when problems occurred, they were because of the data maintained by the university.
Many of you have relied on us to help with various problems. We have done our best to the extent that students can do to help other fellow students. We are glad that we could help many of you. However, in several cases, our supports did not meet your expectation. Please accept our apologies for that.
We are sorry to say that starting from January 5, 2018, we will not answer page's messages as we had done in the past years. Please direct your inquiries to the various channels provided by the university as listed here.
AU SPARK team is not going anywhere. Our third generation is being formed and we think we should be focusing on building and improving AU SPARK app to make your life a little easier.
