ข้อควรปฏิบัติเมื่อเกิดแผ่นดินไหว

• ตั้งสติ อย่าวิ่งเข้าออกอาคาร
• หากอยู่ในอาคาร ให้อยู่ในบริเวณโครงสร้างแข็งแรง และห่างจากประตู หน้าต่าง
• หากอยู่ในอาคารสูง ให้ออกจากอาคารโดยเร็ว
• หากอยู่นอกอาคาร ให้อยู่ห่างจากเสาไฟฟ้าและของที่อาจตกหล่น
• ห้ามใช้เทียนหรืออุปกรณ์ที่เกิดประกายไฟ
• หากขับรถ ให้หยุดรถและรอจนการสั่นสะเทือนหยุด
• ห้ามใช้ลิฟต์
• หากอยู่ริมทะเล ให้ออกห่างจากชายฝั่ง

What to do during an earthquake:
From Chula Communication Center
• Stay calm. Do not rush in or out of buildings.
• Indoors: Stay in a structurally strong area, away from doors and windows.
• In high-rises: Evacuate the building promptly.
• Outdoors: Stay clear of power lines and falling objects.
• Do not use candles, matches, or anything that may cause sparks.
• If driving, stop and stay in your car until the shaking stops.
• Do not use elevators.
• If near the coast, move away from the shoreline.
