Sasin Future of Work Turbo students visited the Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute (CPLI) in Pakchong, Khaoyai, for an immersive look at how leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability are put into practice.

The visit gave the students valuable insights into CPLI’s approach to developing future leaders—from its action-based “Tao Kae” entrepreneurial learning model and structured leadership pathways to technology- and AI-enabled learning. Students also explored how innovation, sustainability, ESG, and global exposure are integrated into people and capability development, connecting ideas from the classroom with real-world organizational practices.

Congratulations to Professor Takamasa Fujioka, Advisor to the Sasin Japan Center, on his appointment as an expert member of the Committee on the Future Direction of Japan’s Global South Policy, an initiative of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

As part of the Sasin Future of Work Turbo, students explored how the world of work is evolving and what these changes mean for organizations, workplaces, and workers.

The session brought together perspectives from leading industry experts, with Pitichai Dejprasertsri, Digital HR Senior Director at CPF; Sikarin Laonitisart, Managing Director at Accenture Thailand; and Akarin Phureesitr, Chief People Officer at Central Pattana (CPN), moderated by Kulshaan Singh, Visiting Faculty at Sasin and Management and Organizations Enterprise Client Leader, Asia Pacific at Aon.

Through practical frameworks and real-world insights, students examined how leaders can align people strategy with organizational growth, resilience, and transformation—and anticipate change rather than simply react to it.

This year marks 44 years since Sasin was founded!

Sasin achieved a remarkable milestone in 2026: Sasin is one of only 32 business schools in the world to rank in the Global Top 100 across three Financial Times rankings — MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education. Among those 32 elite institutions, only four are from Asia, and Sasin proudly stands as the sole representative from Southeast Asia.

At this year's 44th Anniversary celebration, we proudly recognized the outstanding contributions and achievements of our community that make Sasin a globally prestigious business school:

Associate Professor Drew B. Mallory, Ph.D., was honored as Teacher of the Year 2026. This award reflects the commitment, dedication, and teaching excellence of our core faculty, as evaluated by Sasin students.

Congratulations to Visant Srimanothip (Sasin MBA 2024), recipient of the Professor Toemsakdi Krishnamra Award. This award recognizes exceptional academic performance (earned an A in every course — equivalent to a cumulative GPA of 4.00), perseverance, and dedication throughout their journey at Sasin.

We also congratulate our Sasin Excellence Award recipients, Kanoksiri Jriyasetapong (Sasin MBA 2024), Shinichi Takadaya (Sasin Executive MBA 2024), and Adisorn Popp (Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA 2024), presented to graduates who achieved the highest cumulative GPA among their program's graduates for their academic year.
