BREAKING: Silom area temporarily closed as crowds reach full capacity

The Bang Rak District Office on Sunday urged the public to temporarily avoid entering the Songkran water-play area on Silom Road after the crowd reached 100% capacity at around 17:45 on 13 April 2026.

Authorities said police, municipal officers, and civil defence volunteers were working to disperse people and ease congestion, while opening an emergency lane in preparation for any incidents.
